At present,the main harvesting method of quinoa is stepwise harvesting.There are few special quinoa combine harvesters on the market,and the physical characteristics of the quinoa husks are more complicated,so the quinoa seeds harvested are more miscellaneous and the cleaning results are not satisfactory.Therefore,this project takes the modified quinoa combine harvester as the research object,and carries out the theoretical analysis and test of the cleaning device on the test bench of the cleaning machine.The main research contents are as follows:1.Firstly,the effect of the clean-up of the field machines was tested,and the clean rate after the clean-up device was 66%.The loss rate was about 9%.Then the physico-characteristics of the quinoa demise classification was determined.The quinoa moisture content,static friction factor,triaxial size,1000-grain weight,density and suspension velocity were determined.2.The aerodynamic theoretical analysis of the quinoa was carried out,and the factors influencing the cleaning performance were the centrifugal fan speed,the shaking plate rotation speed,the feeding amount,and the centrifugal fan outlet angle.Through a single-factor test on the test stand of the cleaning machine,when the centrifugal fan speed was 557r/min,the number of shaking of the shaking plate was 219 times/min,the feeding wheel speed was 0.07kg/s,and the outlet angle of the centrifugal fan was 30?,the cleaning effect was better.3.Theoretical analysis of the reciprocating vibrating screen give the minimum speed of the vibrating screen where impurities are discharged is 169.69r/min,and the factors influencing the cleaning performance of the cleaning machine test bed are centrifugal fan speed,vibrating screen speed,and crank radius.Single-factor tests are performed on the diameter of the punching screen,and then orthogonal tests are designed to analyze the data obtained from the orthogonal test.The optimum parameter groups were obtained: centrifugal fan speed 550r/min,shaker speed 270r/min,crank radius 10 mm,punching screen size 6mm,cleanliness rate 83%,clean loss rate 0.1%.
