| China’s alfalfa planting area and total output are in the forefront of the world,along with our country "three yuan" the adjustment of planting structure and animal husbandry development,expansion in alfalfa planting in,but the slow development of alfalfa seed production and alfalfa harvest machinery,mechanized harvesting technology is not high,a serious shortage of alfalfa seed rate.In this thesis,based on the analysis and determination of alfalfa seeds and the physical characteristics of alfalfa seed extractions,the harvest experiment of alfalfa seed feeding combined harvester was carried out,and the laboratory cleaning experiment was carried out on the extractions of alfalfa seeds.The main research contents are as follows:1.In the harvest period,alfalfa plant height,water content,yield per mu,grass ratio,minimum pod height and other parameters were measured,and it was concluded that alfalfa seed yield per mu was low,grass ratio was small,and alfalfa water content was high in the harvest period,so it was difficult to clean in the process of mechanized harvesting.Of alfalfa seeds on the basis of the classification of emerging,completed the various components of the emerging,the moisture content of the rotor,the size of the three axis,thousand seed weight,density,Angle of repose,friction coefficient,the determination of physical properties such as suspension speed,for subsequent harvest field test and indoor cleaning test in the process of adjusting parameters of working parts.2.Several kinds of alfalfa seed feeding combined harvesters operating in Etoke Banner grass seed plant in Ordos City Inner Mongolia autonomous Region were investigated and investigated.The results showed that the machine loss rate of crawler was4.81%-9.97%,and the impurity rate was 43.47%-49.33%.The machine loss rate of wheeled machine is 1.26%~5.4%,and the impurity rate is 60.77%~77.06%.Suggestions were given to solve the existing problems of alfalfa seed feeding combined harvesting machinery,such as turning the wheel to entangle the grass,feeding auger blockage,screen surface blockage,excessive wind speed in cleaning room,seed box unloading blockage,etc.3.The separation test of alfalfa seed explants was carried out in the laboratory.The single factor test was carried out with fan speed,vibrating screen speed,feeding amount and sieve size as factors,and the influence law of each factor on the separation performance was obtained.Then,the response surface method was used to select fan speed,vibrating screen speed and feeding amount as factors,establish the relationship between each factor and loss rate and impurity rate,and analyze each factor and their interaction,and conclude that the optimal operating parameters of the air screen cleaning test bed are:When the fan speed was 1024.27r/min,the vibrating screen speed was 322.42r/min,and the feeding amount was 0.32kg/s,the loss rate was 0.199%,and the rate of stray was35.874%.The experimental results can provide reference for improving the mechanical harvesting level of alfalfa seed in China. |
