Study On The Industrial Transformation Of The Greater Khingan Range With The Background Of "Dead-Cutting"

From 2011 to 2014,the Greater Khingan Range area stopped the suspension of timber logging and the total suspension of commercial logging.It means a new stage which is from the development to the full-scale protection.The Greater Khingan Range area takes the comprehensive cease-fire policy as an opportunity to transform the economic development path,with the way of industrial transformation to increase economic growth and to improve the economic and social development of the forest area.With a systematic analysis of the impact of the comprehensive deforestation policy on the state-owned forest areas and the process of forestry transformation,and combined with the objective situation of the forest area,the forest area has faced the advantages and advantages of the deforestation,and proposed comprehensive response to the Greater Khingan Range area.This dissertation based on the industrial structure optimization theory and the economic transformation theory,at the same time it used four methods,which are normative analysis,empirical analysis,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis to perform the following research:First of all,this dissertation analyzed the theory of industrial restructuring at home and abroad,and combined with the current status of industrial development in Greater Khingan Range area.Then it analyzed the current opportunities and challenges faced by the industry development in Greater Khingan Range area.Secondly,with fuzzy entropy theory and data envelopment analysis(DEA)model,we evaluate the industrial dominance and relative effectiveness of ten industries in Greater Khingan Range,at the same time we build a two-dimensional optimization model for leading industries to optimize the leading industries.In the end,an empirical study was conducted on the Greater Khingan Range area.According to the results of the model,with the local development problems,three paths were proposed for industrial development in Greater Khingan Range area: industrial extension,industrial substitution,and industrial compounding.At the same time,we will study the policy support system for industrial transformation to ensure the smooth transformation of industries in the region.
