The Effect Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Aphrodisiac Powder On Persistent Corpus Luteum Of Dairy Cow

Cow infertility affects not only the effective life of dairy cows,but also the raising of cost and labor,resulting in huge economic losses to the breeding industry.Persistent corpus luteum is main cause of infertility cow diseases,hormone therapy is the main method of the disease,clinical application of outside hormone made body,s hormone metabolism appear disorder and limited by the requirements of the green food.so it is imperative to develop traditional Chinese medicine to treat persistent corpus luteum.（1）The safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine Aphrodisiac Powder was evaluated by acute toxicity and subchronic toxicity test.The results showed that the tested drugs were non-toxic and did not observe chronic toxicity on rats.（2）A total of 36 persistent corpus luteum cows were diagnosed by rectal examination,B ultrasonic examination and progesterone detection technique,and were divided into high,middle,low dose groups and blank control groups according to the test requirements.（3）Using B-mode ultrasound to monitor the ovary and uterus after treating persistent corpus luteum cows,and calculate the clinical curative effect.The results showed that the high dose and middle dose of aphrodisiac powder had better effect on treating persistent corpus luteum,and the high dose was better than the middle dose.The dose groups of cows persistent corpus luteum ovarian length-width were reduced,longitudinal diameter of uterus horn and cervix uterus diameter increased after taking medicine.（4）Detect the serum of reproductive hormones（FSH,LH,E₂,P₄）,interleukin（IL-1beta,IL-6,IL-8）,vitamin E and selenium for the test cows.Hormone test results showed the high,middle and low dose group of cows serum of FSH,LH,E₂ levels tend to rise after taking medicine,P₄ levels appears decline,even arrived extremely significant level at individual time point.The dose groups cows of the serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 levels increased after treatment,the high dose and middle dose group cows of the content of IL-6,IL-8 after treating compared with before treatment arrived significant difference at individual time point.The vitamin E and trace element selenium levels of the dose groups cows have increasing trend,but compared with before treatment were not significant.Conclusion:There is safe to treate persistent corpus luteum with recommended dose.Comprehensive method of rectal and B ultrasonography examination and combine hormone test results can accurately diagnose and filtrate cows of the persistent corpus luteum.The aphrodisiac powders can promote the solution of persistent corpus and accelerate recovery of uterine function.Aphrodisiac powder has certain regulating effect on cow body reproductive hormone and interleukin,also promote the absorption of vitamin E and trace element selenium,improve reproductive function from different angles.The middle dose is using quantity of the experiential prescription dose,but the study recommended that clinical medicine should be advisable by high dose.
