Based on the change of amino acid content of Caragana microphylla root as the starting point of different stubble pattern research of Caragana microphylla root amino acids and photosynthetic efficiency,help to understand the mechanism of Inner Mongolia farming pastoral zone of Caragana microphylla rejuvenation effects and ecological environment,is my area of planting and animal husbandry to provide a theoretical basis for the development of.Through the experimental study,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)With the control group(no stubble group)analysis of amino acid contents in Caragana microphylla root 0~200cm soil depth in different stubble under the mode of comparison,that the species and distribution of root of different diameter root stubble patterns have significantly different amino acids increased significantly,the study found in the stubble after the 10 cm flat,20 cm flat and 10 cm interlaced flat mode self repair ability,provide sufficient material basis for mass storage of amino acids of Caragana microphylla quick rejuvenation.(2)By using chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics method on different stubble mode of Caragana microphylla chlorophyll-a fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic efficiency were analyzed,that found in different stubble mode research minimum fluorescence yield of leaf Fo in daytime,20 cm flat and 10 cm interlaced interlaced flat two of the maximum,and influence on the reaction center.After treatment of Fm stubble basically is higher than unstubble,the effect of 20 cm and 10 cm flat interlaced interlaced&10cm whole the two treatments of reaction center.The PSII of 10 cm interlaced &10cm was the highest.From the perspective of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics,10 cm interlaced &10cm leveling treatment showed strong resilience in the destruction of adversity.(3)Through the analysis of the root length density ratio of the root root of 5 kinds of flat stubble patterns,results showed that the long density of the pattern root > the long density of the skeleton root > the long root density of the root;the growth of the coarse root and the fine root of the stubble height is more balanced and more exuberant,and the growth of the root of the skeleton is less than the stubble height of the 20 cm.The root growth of plants with a total stubble height of 10 cm had an advantage.(4)Based on gray relational analysis,the factors affecting Caragana microphyllagrowth under different stubble patterns were analyzed.The proline related degree was the largest and arginine was the next.Glutamic acid and glycine also played an important role in the growth of Caragana microphylla.In different stubble mode under the influence factors of grey correlation degree was obtained after calculation of cutting Caragana microphylla growth factors have significant effects on the north and South are: crown,total biomass,amino acid and Y(II)maximum optical conversion efficiency of PSII.Found in the quality of different stubble mode contribution weight and new overall change trend,10 cm interlaced stubble model is the better mode of stubble rejuvenation.
