The Dactylis dominant species grassland is rich in the amount of plants and the quality of forage grasses. It plays an important role in the natural grassland of the Yili region and plays an important supporting role in the local livestock husbandry production.Object:This study aims to understand the main herbage composition, yield accumulation and composition characteristics of dominant Dactylis glomerata, and to understand the dynamic regularities of nutrient dynamics and in vitro digestibility of sheep.Methods:(1)Analysis of the forage production from May to November.(2)Determination of 8 nutrient indexes of the 7 major pastures from June to November by National Standards Act,including dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude ash(Ash),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),and neutral detergent fiber(NDF),Acid Detergent Fiber(ADF),Crude Fat(EE)(3)The DPS software was used to analyze the membership functions of the 7 main nutritional parameters of forage grass to evaluate the nutritional value of pasture;(4)Evaluation was conducted with in vitro gas production of sheep. The gas production, digestibility of organic matter, and metabolizable energy of the main herbage. The main results are as follows:Result:(1)Dominant species Dactylis glomerata has the highest total yield(4311 kg/hm~2)in August, and the lowest total yield(1086 kg/hm~2)in May.The entire grassland yield dynamic curve shows a single peak type; The highest yield of grasses in the grasses was 1,20.54 kg/hm~2,which accounted for 42.23%of the total grass yield, which was higher than that of other grasses, leguminous grasses and miscellaneous grasses.(2)The dynamic analysis of the nutrient contents of 7 forage grass species dominant species indicated that the content of crude protein was between 7.93%and 16.46%and neutral detergent fiber content was between 30.17%and 59.96%.The fiber content is 26.63%-34.81%,the calcium content is between0.83%and 1.46%,the phosphorus content is between 0.09%and 0.19%,the crude fat content is between 1.54%and 4.77%,and the crude ash content is between 5.64%and 9.25%.From June to November, the crude protein content of the 7 grasses decreased with the growth period;the contents of acid washing fibers and neutral detergent fibers in the pasture increased with the growth period, and the crude fat and crude ash content The dynamic change is first raised and then decreased.(3)The results of comprehensive sorting of 7 forages indicated that the pastures were sorted in June and July for the top ten pastures. These pasture species included yellow scape, grassland geranium, alfalfa, and Dactylis.(4)The results of gas production, organic matter digestibility, and metabolized energy of seven grasses at different growth stages showed that as the cultivation time prolonged, the gas production increased gradually, and the greater the gas production, the greater the digestibility and metabolic energy of the organism. In the full flowering period, the total gas production of the 7 pastures was between 32 ml-75 ml,the organic matter digestibility value was between 49.30%and 66.08%;the metabolized energy value was between 6.49 MJ/kg-9.25 MJ/kg;grassy period The digestibility and metabolic energy of organic matter in the seven grasses were higher than those in the withered period. The digestibility and metabolic energy of the organic matter in pasture decreased with time. Conclusion:In summary, the yield of the dominant grasses of Dactylis glomerata has peaked in August. The crude protein content of pasture decreased with the growth period, and the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber increased. The digestibility and metabolic energy of organic matter decreased with the growth period of forage grass. Therefore, the forage grass has high nutritional quality in the grassy period.Therefore,July-August is the best time to reap pasture.
