Object:Used with yeast,bacillus and Lactobacillus mixed fermentation of cottonseed meal in diets of beef cattle,for the study of probiotics fermented feed on growth performance,digestibility of diets in cattle,blood index and fecal flora diversity of this paper mainly by feeding test,digestion experiment,provide a new way for the development of feed resources fermented by probiotics in animal production and application.Methods:This study contains three experimental parts,and the contents are as follows:Experiment one: probiotic fermented feed nutritional value of cottonseed meal.The contents of nutritional components in cottonseed meal before and after fermentation were mainly analyzed,including routine nutrition index,total bacteria count,free gossypol and acid soluble protein content.Experiment two: effect of probiotic fermented cottonseed meal in growth performance and diets of steers on digestibility and serum biochemical indexes.A total the number of 18 and 10 months old healthy black Angus bulls were selected,with an initial body weight of 259.11 + 32.62 kg were randomly divided into two groups(9 in each group),namely the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group added 6% fermented cottonseed meal,the control group added 6% non-fermented cottonseed meal.The growth performance indexes,such as average daily feed intake and average daily gain,and nutrient digestibility of diet were measured.On the basis of the experiment one,the blood of Angus beef cattle was collected at 32 days in the test period,and the serum biochemical indexes were measured.Experiment three: the effect of probiotic fermented cottonseed meal on beef cattle the diversity of cattle fecal flora.Through the PCR-DGGE technique is used to determine the bacteria group in the feces.Results:Experiment one: The content of free gossypol,crude protein,acid soluble protein and neutral detergent fiber after fermentation were significantly different from that before fermentation(P < 0.05),and the content of free gossypol decreased by 70% compared with that before fermentation.The dry matter before and after fermentation increased by 0.6 percentage points,the content of crude fat decreased by 0.91 percentage points,the content of crude protein increased by 1.17 percentage points,the content of acid soluble protein increased by 7.57 percentage points,the content of crude ash decreased by 1.01 percentage points,acid washing polyester fiber increased by 1.65 percentage points,and the total number of bacteria expanded 1000 times.Experiment two: At the end of the experimental group significantly increased weight 6.81%(P > 0.05);experimental group ADG and control group ADG had obvious difference compared increased by 31.51%(P < 0.05);experimental group ADFI and control group had significant difference compared increased by 9.1%(P < 0.05);the control group and the experimental group.The F/G phase ratio have obvious difference between the experimental group compared with control group F/G decreased 16.58%(P < 0.01);body height,body length,body length the three indexes,there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05);experimental group compared with the control group,the chest had significant difference,compared to the control group,increased by 5.54%(P < 0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,crude fat,Ca and P were not significantly different in the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group and the experimental group of crude protein and acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber digestibility were improved,the crude protein increased by 3.19%(P < 0.05),acid detergent fiber increased by 4.81%(P < 0.05),neutral detergent fiber increased by 6.10%(P < 0.05).The TG content,BUN content,Ca content,P content,Fe content and IgA content in the serum of the control group and the experimental group were not significant.Compared with the control group,the content of TP in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which increased by 36.64%(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the content of Glu in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the content of the test group increased by 37.5%(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the content of serum IgG in the experimental group was 36.99%(P < 0.05).Experiment three: The experimental earlier period,the total bacteria,E.coli and Lactobacillus in the control group and the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.05),Staphylococcus aureus had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The later period of experiment,there was no significant difference in total bacteria between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05),E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus and lactic acid bacteria was significantly different(P < 0.05).The bacterial species in the feces were found to be more abundant by the main strip of the test DGGE.The prophase of the control group bands in the brightest were 4,9,11,The prophase of the experimental group bands of the brightest were 4,5,8,9,the after of control group bands in the brightest for the 3,8,9,the after of experimental group bands in the brightest were 3,8,9.The four groups were two identical bacteria,including 2 lactic acid bacteria and 2 Escherichia coli.Conclusion: Add 6% fermented cottonseed meal diet Angus beef,the average daily weight gain and chest circumference increased significantly,and the addition of fermented cottonseed meal could improve the rate of elimination of Angus beef cattle ration of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber and improve the content of TP,Glu and IgG in Angus beef cattle serum,but no the obvious effect on other nutrient digestibility and serum indexes.Feeding fermented cottonseed meal,the number of bacteria in cow dung change,reducing the total number of bacteria in the whole experimental period of feces,the number of Escherichia coli increased slightly,the number of Staphylococcus aureus decreased.The number of Escherichia coli in cattle manure was detected by sequencing,while the number of Escherichia coli was the dominant group.
