China is one of the largest sugar producers in the world.cane sugar production of our country accounted for 90% of the total sugar consumption.The sugar cane 's planting area is about 22 million acres in C hina where was distributed mainly over the provinces and regions of Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan and so on.With the development of economic globalization,China's sugar industry has been affected by the international market.Because of the large amount of labor employment,low efficiency and high labor costs in the process of the harvest,the economic cost of sugarcane harvest is higher.So It is an important task to boost the mechanization of sugarcane harvesting.So far the current research models have been mainly divided into combine whole stalk cane harvester and billet combine harvester.When the billet combine harvester was in working process,it delivered the cutting-off sugar cane sections,sugarcane shoots,sugarcane leaves,earth and the substances into the exhaust fan,and then the sugarcane shoots,sugarcane leaves and the earth and other impurities are drawn out by the airflow.The effects of the exhaust fan determines the content of impurities around the sugar c ane section,and more importantly,the high impurity rate will affect the process of refining sugar.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the exhaust fan of sugarcane harvester.In this paper,the first-class exhaust fan of CASE8000 sugarcane harvester is taken as the research object.The numerical simulation of the airflow field inside the fan was carried out by applying the Fluent module of ANSYS software.Then,the single-factor and orthogonal test were conducted in the way of field experiment design to study the factors influencing the effects of the exhaust fan of the exhaust fan and the loss rate of sucrose.The main content of this research are as follows:(1)Compared with the existing exhaust fan of the sugarcane harvester,thus analyzing the combination types,installation position,fan channel structure and cleaning principle.(2)Putting C ASE8000 exhaust fan through the numerical simulation in terms of the three-dimensional modeling and internal airflow field.The flow field results is obtained by the Fluent analogue simulation under the different conditions of 500 r / min,700 r / min,900 r / min and 1100 r / min.(3)Through the actual measurement to verify the accuracy of the analogue simulation results.The swinging plate anemometer is used to measure the mark points of the simulation section,and the measured results and the simulation results were compared and analyzed,thus concluding that the results in the simulation of the airflow field are true and accurate.The variation law of airflow field inside CASE8000 exhaust fan can be acquired by analyzing the airflow field diagram of different sections.(4)Making an field experiments on the inclusions-removing performance of the CASE 8000 exhaust fan and the loss of sucrose.The speed of sugarcane harvester,the length of billet and the fan revolving speed were taken into considerations,the impurity rate of sugarcane segments and the loss rate of sucrose were listed as the evaluation index.The experiments results showed that the impurity rate of sugarcane segments have increased with the increase of the speed of sugarcane harvester and increases with the length of billet.the impurity rate of sugarcane segments decreases with the increase of the rotating speed of the fan.The loss rate of sucrose have increased with the increase of the speed of sugarcane harvester and increases with the increase of the speed of the fan.(5)The orthogonal experiments shows that the speed of sugarcane harvester,the length of billet and the revolving speed of fan had obvious effects on the impurity rate around sugarcane segments.The primary and secondary sequence : the revolving speed of exhaust fan,the operating speed of sugarcane harvester and the length of billet.the speed of sugarcane harvester and the revolving speed of fan had obvious effects on the loss rate of sucrose.The primary and secondary relations are: fan speed,speed of sugarcane harvester.The best combination acquired by the comprehensive experiments : harvester operating speed of 7km / h,billet's length of 180 mm,fan's revolving speed of 1100 r / min.
