| Soil erosion is one of the major environmental problems in the world.Ground fissures and surface subsidence created by coal mining, destroyed the original ecological balance, and exacerbated water and soil erosion of mining areas. It is difficult to directly deal with the problem because of complicated process. Therefore, this paper studied the relationship between ground fissures, subsidence and soil erosion by the Geo WEPP prediction model, and revealed the change law of soil erosion in mining areas. This study provides new insights into the prediction and control of soil erosion in mining areas. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the observation data of permanent ground fissures in the field, the paper analyzes the main distribution characteristics, and improves the Geo WEPP model to study the influence of total cracks length changes on the soil erosion in the working face, and analyze the changes law of soil erosion. The amount of water and soil loss of this paper includes the amount of the slope and the crack in the mining area. The regression analysis of the total loss and the total length of the crack in the working face shows that there is a positive correlation between the total loss and the total length of the crack. That is to say,the amount of water and soil loss increases with the increase of the total length of the fracture.Ground fissures aggravate the water and soil loss and have an important impact on the ecological environment of the mining area.(2)Based on the subsidence characteristics after mining, this paper studies the effect of subsidence basins changes caused by mining height on soil erosion of the mining area, combined with the results of field investigations, and improved Geo WEPP model, and analyses the law of soil erosion change under different mining height. The results show that: the soil erosion area of aggravation and reduction is increasing at the same time with the changes of mining height in the working face. There is no obvious correlation between total loss and mining height.Changes in subsidence basins caused by changes in mining height have no significant impact on soil erosion in mining areas.(3)The change of working face orientation has an important influence on the generation of additional slope, meanwhile,it will cause the position of the subsidence basin to change, which will affect the soil erosion of the mining area.Taking Daliuta 52304 working face as the research object,it is found that when the azimuth angle is 80°,the loss is the least, and the corresponding additional slope is also the smallest by predicting the orientation of coal mining face. The relationship between the additional slope and the amount of erosion shows that the additional slope generated by mining is positively related to the total loss, and the amount of soil erosion increases with the increase of the additional slope. |
