With the development of science and technology,the arrival of the era of large scale production of cotton and the rising of labor cost,the cotton picker has gradually entered the agricultural market,and the mechanized picking cotton is welcomed by the vast cotton farmers.The cotton picker has a higher automation and can finish picking,removing miscellaneous and collecting processes at a time.The picking part of cotton is the key part of the cotton picker,and the driving system of the picking drum is the key part of the picking part.The advantages and disadvantages of the plucking drum hydraulic system directly affect the picking rate and the recovery rate,and the study of the driving system has important value.As one of the main producing areas of cotton,Xinjiang research cotton picker has economic value for developing cotton industry in Xinjiang.This paper first introduces the development history and research status of the cotton picker at home and abroad.In view of the actual characteristics of the new type of cotton picker studied in this subject,the driving system of the picking head of the cotton picker is a group of picking heads composed of two motors,each motor drives two cotton picking rollers,and the soft plucking ingot on the barrel carries on the work of cotton entangling.It decided to use hydraulic motor to drive the picking system.Then the composition and working process of the whole machine are introduced in detail,and the principle map of the hydraulic system of the picking roller of the cotton picker is put forward according to the working principle of the cotton picker.Several commonly used hydraulic synchronous systems and control methods of synchronous system are demonstrated.According to the requirement of hydraulic system of picking cylinder,the type of important components is determined.This paper uses the electro-hydraulic proportional valve to control the roller drive system of the cotton picker,establishes a mathematical model,and uses AMESim to model and simulate the hydraulic system of the pulley driving of the cotton picker,and simulates the output speed of the two motor when the external load is changed,and the control method is added to the system.The controller of PID andfuzzy self tuning PID control method is added between the valve and the output signal of the motor to control the displacement of the valve,thus the output flow of the valve is controlled,and the combined simulation method of AMESim and Simulink is used to analyze.In order to verify the performance of the controller after adding the controller,the step load signal and sinusoidal signal are used to simulate the external load for simulation analysis.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results,the two motor speed adjustment time is shorter in the fuzzy self-tuning PID control system,the response of the system is faster,and the effectiveness of the control method is verified.Finally,the established hydraulic system is integrated and the flow channel is optimized.After optimization,the vortex phenomenon is weakened,and the energy utilization ratio is improved.
