Cotton is an important strategic material in China,and it has high utilization value.The level of mechanization of cotton picking in China is generally not high,and this issue is highly valued by the relevant social class.The new stasis is a big province for cotton planting in China,and it is necessary and urgent to improve the mechanization level of cotton picking in the province.Mechanization of cotton picking can save labor,improve cotton picking efficiency and harvesting rate.Therefore,increasing the income of cotton farmers and the mechanization level of cotton picking in Xinjiang province is of great significance for promoting the mechanization of cotton picking in Xinjiang.According to the research status of mechanization of Xinjiang cotton picker,this paper studies and designs the key technology of the cotton picking machine hydraulic system,mainly to complete the hydraulic driving of the cotton picking head,the picking head lifting and the cotton box turning function.Firstly,the development status of the cotton picker at home and abroad and the application of hydraulic technology in the key parts of the mobile machine are introduced in detail.Then it describes the composition of the cotton picker system and the working process and requirements of each component.The hydraulic system was designed according to the actual working conditions of the cotton picking head,the picking head lifting and the cotton box turning,and the hydraulic components of the hydraulic system were calculated and selected.This paper mainly uses AMESim software to model and simulate the hydraulic system of the designed cotton picker.The speed and displacement parameter curves of the actuators in the specific operating conditions and the influence of the important components on the hydraulic system performance are analyzed.Analysis shows that the system work is relatively stable.In this paper,the lifting hydraulic assembly block is designed for the complicated oil-collecting pipeline in the original cotton picking head lifting hydraulic system,the vibration is severe,the hydraulic oil leakage is large,and it is not easy to maintain andinstall.The internal pore structure is optimized by means of UG and Fluent.According to the optimization,the hydraulic valve block was tested and experimentally verified.Finally,the trial production of the hydraulic system platform of the cotton picker.The experimental data is in good agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the rationality of the designed hydraulic system.
