Timely access to orchard environmental information is of great importance for improving fruit tree production,improving fruit quality,reducing resource waste,and scientifically guiding production.In order to obtain real-time orchard environmental information and timely scientifically guide production,a remote fruit tree information system based on remote monitoring has been constructed to address the remote location of orchard sites in mountainous regions,the complicated growing environment of fruit trees,and relatively backward control and control technologies.Adopting the data transmission method combining LoRa technology and GPRS technology,using the solar power supply system,the orchard environmental information can be obtained in a long-term and stable manner,with the advantages of low power consumption,long-distance,flexible and autonomous.Apples,pears,and peaches are the main tree species in northern China.The content and methods of agricultural management in orchards are similar,and soil properties and environmental control are important factors in the cultivation and production techniques.In this study,apple orchards were used as the objects of application,taking into consideration pears and peach orchards.The development situation of domestic and foreign agricultural environmental monitoring was analyzed.By actually surveying the orchard production demand,the relationship between the growth of fruit trees and the environment was analyzed,and the environmental factors required for information systems were determined.The overall structure of orchard remote monitoring information system was designed and constructed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of wireless transmission technology,the transmission method suitable for this system was determined to be a combination of LoRa and GPRS.The system can realize real-time monitoring of orchard soil information and meteorological information and inquire and display through the remote center.The use of network cameras to achieve all-dimensional,multi-dimensional surveillance of orchard safety warnings,fruit tree growth status,orchard production operations and other information.For the system function needs,the system hardware selection and design were completed,including the stereotype of the sensor,the power supply module,the information acquisition module,the wireless transmission module,and the remote monitoring module,etc.Each function module circuit was designed.Design and implement part of the system software.Mainly includes the sensor nodes acquisition flow chart,LoRa module,GPRS module program design.Select the appropriate transport protocol for the system and build a remote user center based on the three-tier architecture model.Through the design of remote data query and real-time access and other functions.Field integration and application of the system.Real-time monitoring and acquisition of orchard soil moisture information,tree temperature,light and other factors,remote transmission,real-time and historical data query display,user online communication and other functions.Fitting and analyzing the collected data,the error of the environment temperature and humidity data monitored by the system was effectively reduced,and the temperature and humidity errors were reduced to 2.46% and 1.98%,respectively.A prediction model based on neural network soil moisture information was established.The predicted values and actual measured values obtained through multiple network trainings tend to be consistent with an average relative error of 3.73%.
