In this study, two kinds of Radix Pseudostellariae's soil environment changes and agronomic traits, yield, implant in different parts of mineral elements content and the grade of goods and the corresponding of medicinal ingredients from the changes under three different organic matter content loam environments were regularly monitored. To explore the influence of soil environment in growth status and the formation of grain yield and quality of Radix Pseudostellariae. The main results are as follows:1.The soil environment is weak acid during the growth period of Radix Pseudostellariae.Soil nitrogen content increases with the increase of soil organic matter content. The content of slow available potassium and available potassium is higher in the medium and low organic content loam environment. There is little difference in total phosphorus in soil.Available phosphorus is highest in the medium organic loam environment. The activity of soil S-UE,S-AI,S-CAT and S-PPO is higher in the environment of high and medium organic content loam. The change of S-ACP activity in soil is small.Small change in soil microbial population during the exuberant growth period of Radix Pseudostellariae.Bacteria and actinomycetes increased significantly and fungal flora decrease significantly in mature period.2.The loam environment of high and medium organic matter content are conducive to the formation the plant type of larger leaf area, with luxuriant foliage, higher plant height in Radix Pseudostellariae, and the number of superior subroots, the volume of the subroot, the diameter of the subroot and the length of the subroot are better. The order of Radix Pseudostellariae yield is ?A>?A>?B>?B>?A>?B.3.The aerial part and underground part of the nitrogen content increased with soil organic matter content increased. The content of phosphorus in variety B was significantly higher than variety A.Manganese content is high in medium and low organic content loam. The content of zinc is the least in the loam environment with high organic matter content. There is no significant difference in boron content. The content of copper is low,and the highest is ?A and ?B.The content of potassium in the upper part of the earth is higher in the medium and low organic content loam environment. The content of calcium and magnesium is the highest in high organic loam. The higher content of ferrite is B cultivars under high and low organic matter content of loam environment.4.It can get better fusiform type of Radix Pseudostellariae, which with larger, longer length under the environment of high organic loam. And variety A is superior to variety B?5.Before Radix Pseudostellariae sprout tumble, middle and low organic matter content of soil environment are good for Pseudostellaria polysaccharides and total saponins accumulation. After Radix Pseudostellariae sprout tumble, the content of polysaccharides and total saponins in the loam soil with high organic matter content is higher. The goods are in line with the pharmacopoeia standard detection of Radix Pseudostellariae.
