| For studying the difference in absorption and utilization of mineral elements of the different wheat varieties. The research was initiated from 2006 to 2007, at the Experiment station of Shandong Agriculture University in pot culture method. selected 30 main wheat varieties of different periods in Shandong Province as material, Researching the differences of N,P,Mg,S,Zn,Mn,Cu absorption allocation and utilization in the different wheat varieties And in the population condition of daejeon, study the changes of agronomic characters during succession of wheat variety. The main results were as follow:1. The result definited that the difference of N,P contents of whole plant,stem,glume and grain among the different wheat varieties were highly significant. And the N,P content of various organs with the improvement of soil fertility improve,Average N content of varieties in the high- fertility planted than in the low- fertility increased 12.47%,30.16%,12.26% and 5.47%. Average P content of varieties increased 14.29%,31.96%,20.15% and 6.35%,Though the contents of N,P were grain>glume>stem in two fertilities, the improvement of stem is the most ,the grain is smaller. So the fertility of soil can promote the ability of absorption of N and P.2.The average N distribution of varieties in two fertilities: grain is 72.13% and 74.14% , stem is 18.70% and 21.61% , glame is 6.25% and 7.16%.Distribution of glume and grain in the low fertility increased 14.56% and 2.79% than in the high fertility, but stem decreased 13.47%. The average P distribution of varieties in two fertilities: grain is 69.55% and 72.12%,stem is 22.63% and 19.51%,glame is 7.82% and 8.37%.Distribution of glume and grain in the low fertility increased 7.03% and 3.70% than in the high fertility, but stem decreased 13.79%.3. The difference of NUE and PUE of different varieties were highly significant. the average NUE in the high- fertility was 30.51, The max than the min increased 32.90%, the average PUE in the high- fertility was 166.64, The max than the min increased 33.00%, The average NUE in the low- fertility was 33.11, The max than the min increased 46.03%, the average PUE in the low- fertility was 183.67, The max than the min increased 29.39%,the result show that NUE and PUE in high- fertility lower than that in low-fertility.4. The difference of NHI and PHI of different varieties were highly significant.the average NHI in the high- fertility was 72.13%, The max than the min increased 20.63%, the average PHI in the high- fertility was 69.56%, The max than the min increased 20.02%, The average NHI in the low- fertility was 74.14%, The max than the min increased 23.59%, the average PHI in the low- fertility was 72.17%, The max than the min increased 25.10%,the result show that NHI and PHI in high- fertility lower than that in low-fertility.5. Clustered Yan nong 19,Lu mai 21,Shan nong 8355 and Lu mai 15 four N-efficient varieties of higher NUE and NHI. Clustered Lumai 21,Hongyoubao,Shannong8355 and Jimai20 four P-efficient varieties of higher PUE and PHI.6. The research show that the differences of the contents of various organs,distribution and the amount of absorption to produce 100kg grain of five medium trace element among the different varieties and the same variety.The differences of S,Mg,Zn,Mn,Cu contents among the different varieties and various organs of the same variety were highly significant. the differences is more in low fertility. The contents of various organs in the high- fertility larger than in the low- fertility.The stem and leaf was the main gathered organ of S and Mg. the distribution of S in grain is only 37.31-37.56%, the distribution of Mg in grain is only 40% or so , the distribution of Zn in grain is 59.75-61.97% , the distribution of Cu in grain is 44.43-45.14% , the distribution of Mn in grain is 44.98-46.03% ,The distribution of grain and glume in low fertility was more than in high fertility, but the distribution of stem and leaf was reduced. the differences of the amount of absorption to produce 100kg grain of S,Mg,Zn,Mn,Cu among the different wheat varieties were highly significant. the differences is more in low fertility. The amounts of absorption in high fertility was larger than in low fertility.In high fertility,the average of the amount of absorption to produce 100kg grain of S,Mg,Zn,Mn,Cu were 476.63g,406.48g,7.42g,9.27g and 1.14g.,in low fertility,were 455.53g,389.28g,6.54g,8.41g and 1.07g.7. The research show that changes of agronomic characters in different succession period. In seven succession period, following the succession, The length of height was reduce obviously, plant type index was gradually increasing, thousand-grain weight and HI was gradually increasing;The length of spike,all spike number,spikelet number and grain number ,single-stem economic yield and biological yield coefficient with succession was very small. So, in the process of bred winter various, the length of height,1000-grain weight and harvest index are an important factor. |
