With the development of the national economy,the quality of life of the residents has been greatly improved,and the consumption expenditure per capita is increasing.The residents have put forward higher demand on food quality,safety,convenience and so on,thus laying the foundation of the market for electronic commerce of aquatic products.At the same time,the total output value of fishery has increased year by year,which has laid a good foundation for the e-commerce of aquatic products.The supply and demand of aquatic products has jointly promoted the development of the electronic commerce of aquatic products in China.At the same time,the progress of modern science and technology also provides a strong guarantee for the rapid development of aquatic products e-commerce.Through the accurate analysis of large data to get the real demand of the market,and to guide the aquatic products e-commerce to provide marketable products,through the construction of the Internet of things to develop and improve the logistics tracking system of aquatic products e-commerce,so as to improve the efficiency of distribution of enterprises,and to ensure the transportation of aquatic products through the rapiddevelopment of cold chain technology.The quality on the way provides the most basic and direct technical support for the development of aquatic products business.Although the development of electronic commerce for aquatic products is a historical necessity,the aquatic product e-commerce is still in the growth stage,the market competition is fierce and has not yet formed a final decision.Various aquatic products business enterprises have invested a lot of funds in market cultivation,user attraction,storage,logistics,product,talent training and so on in order to seize larger market share and more user resources.In this stage,by increasing the market input in exchange for the future competitive advantage,it becomes the general trend,but the enterprises should invest healthfully and proceed with the cost control from the factors that can be controlled by the warehousing logistics and so on.As a new participant in the ranks of the electric business,the aquaculture enterprises can only swim across the river,even if they have invested a lot of manpower and material resources,but the success of the transformation is still unknown.In this paper,through building the appraisal system of electricity enterprise value creativity of aquatic products model,for the aquatic products business enterprises to tailor the creativity of value evaluation system,hope that this evaluation system can intuitively reflect the strengths and weaknesses of electricity enterprises of aquatic products,providedecision-making basis for the development of the electric business enterprise of aquatic products.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first part is introduction.It introduces the background and significance of research on value creativity of aquatic product business enterprise,and introduces the research train of thought and method.This paper reviews the research results of value drivers,value evaluation and analytic hierarchy process at home and abroad.After reviewing and contrasting,we confirm the research direction of this paper.Finally,the overall layout of the article is combed.The second part is an overview of the theory of enterprise value creativity and analytic hierarchy process.This part defines the enterprise value and the enterprise value creativity,combs the new theory of value creation,the theory of enterprise ability and the theory of analytic hierarchy process,and provides the theoretical analysis framework for the empirical research.The third part of the electronic commerce development status of aquatic products,this part of the production and consumption of aquatic products,the development of electronic commerce environment and development model of aquatic products in a more comprehensive introduction and analysis,in order to make a good foundation for this study.The fourth part builds electric business creativity enterprise value evaluation system of aquatic products,in view of the specialty of the electric business enterprise of aquatic products of this part,the valuedriving factors and the enterprise value evaluation theory and the enterprise value creativity under the guidance of relevant theories,determine the electric business enterprise value driving factors of creativity,using AHP to construct the enterprise value evaluation system model of creativity.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the value creativity of Da Hu.This part makes use of the fourth chapter of aquatic product e-commerce enterprise value creativity evaluation system,and takes Da Hu as a case to analyze,calculates its value creativity score,and obtains the empirical result.The sixth part is research conclusion and prospect,according to the empirical analysis of the results of the Fifth Da Hu chapter,widespread from the point of summing up China's aquatic products business enterprises,aiming at these problems,some improving aquatic products business enterprise value creative countermeasures.Finally,it looks forward to the future research direction.Through the empirical study,it is concluded that the advantages of the Da Hu human resources,the level of information technology,the ability of network marketing and the quality of customer service are relatively weak.And put forward four suggestions:(1)Improve the quality of the employees of aquatic products enterprises.We can start with two aspects:Strengthening Ideological and political education,paying attention to employees' mental health,training diversified and training successors ofenterprises.(2)The development of the aquaculture economy.To market demand,adjust the industrial structure and the structure of aquatic species,optimizing water quality;to the industrialization way,the development order of aquatic product industry,change the growth mode of fisheries;with modern technology,the development of deep processing of aquatic products,aquatic products to improve added value and benefits.(3)Upgrading the aquaculture industry.We should promote the integration and development of seed industry,promote the development of seed industry,and improve the technological innovation ability of seed industry.(4)To create a smart aquaculture industry.We should improve the equipment level of aquaculture facilities,promote the construction of fisheries information system,and promote the application of the whole industry chain of animal networking technology.
