Study On Influencing Factors Of Economic Growth Of Marine Fisheries In China

In modern marine fishery,marine fishery is an important industry of marine economy development in China.It provides an important guarantee for the increase of labor income,the guarantee of employment and the provision of high quality marine aquatic products for consumers in China.Therefore,it is very important to study how to make the marine fishery develop healthily and orderly.However,the development of marine fishery economy in China is faced with many problems.For example,at present,the development of marine fishery is still in the stage of only taking pure economic income as its preferred benefit.There exists extensive growth mode,low economic efficiency,excessive utilization of fishery resources and environment,and marine fishery base.The foundation facility is weak,the fishery safety production existence hidden danger and so on question.This study focuses on the study of the growth pattern and development path of marine fishery economy,especially marine fishing and aquaculture fisheries,and discusses the empirical analysis of the elements of capital,resources,labor force and scientific and technological progress to the economic growth of marine fishery in China.The research content of this paper is divided into five parts.The main idea is to summarize the relationship between the quantity change of input elements and the output by analyzing the present situation of economic development of marine fishery in China,and to estimate the results by the model of marine production function.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the economic growth mode of marine fishery in China,and finally puts forward some policy suggestions according to the results of the analysis and combining with the actual situation.The main contents are as follows:The first part is introduction.Based on the mastery of the background of marine fisheries research,it points out the purpose and significance of the research,expounds the innovation and shortcomings,and summarizes and summarizes the literatures of domestic and foreign experts on the development and influencing factors of marine fishery economy.The second part is the theoretical basis of the thesis.Firstly,the economic growthof marine fishery and marine fishery is summarized,then the theory of economic growth is systematically combed out,and the important factors influencing the economic growth of marine fishery in China are found out,which provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis.The third part is to analyze the present situation of marine fishery in China,to find out the existing problems and challenges,and to qualitatively analyze the factors that affect the economic growth of marine fishery in China.The fourth part is to use the theory of economic growth to construct a production function suitable for the economic development of marine fishery in China,analyze the impact of various input elements on the economic growth of marine fishery in China,and calculate its extensive degree.The fifth part is through the quantitative and qualitative analysis,combined with the main problems faced by the marine fishery economy in China and the favorable conditions of the transformation,summarizes the policy recommendations for changing the economic growth mode of the marine fishery.This paper applies the relevant data of China's marine fishery 2001-2015 to the C-D production function method,and makes an empirical analysis of the economic growth mode of marine fishery,and tries to find out the relationship between the quantity change of the input elements and the output of the marine fishery.The economic growth mode and its influencing factors of marine fishery in China are demonstrated.The results show that the extensive degree of economic growth of China's marine fishery is 118.62,which is a highly extensive development mode.In the past,we relied on the input of resources and a lot of labor to promote economic development,but now we can't play our due role.If the input elements of marine fishery continue to increase,it will not improve the efficiency of production.Rate,but will cause the reduction of resources and the destruction of the ecological environment.Therefore,China must speed up the development of marine science and technology and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and reduce the environmental pollution and excessive consumption of resources caused by economic development.At the same time,efforts should be made to improve the productivity of resources and labor in marine fisheries,and to lead the development of modern fisheries in safety,ecology,quality and efficiency.
