As one of the most important food crops in China,it is very easy to reduce the amount of rice when infected by fungal spores.Therefore,it is very important to detect the number of spores in air,which plays an important role in the prevention of plant fungal diseases.At present,there is no fast and accurate spore detection system,the common method is to use the spore trap to capture,and then observe with the naked eye.But using this method,not only the process is more trouble,and the detection efficiency is not high.So this paper refer to the traditional method,the design of the STM32 MCU particle instrument based on spore number,within the prescribed time,command control using GPRS PC sends different,then control the microcontroller through the GPRS MCU control the peripheral module.The work flow is to control the rotation of the fan,the adsorption of airborne spores,and then use the OV2640 camera images,and then through the GPRS module,the pictures are transmitted to the host computer,and then later LABVIEW for image processing.This paper consists of the following parts:(1)The mechanical structure part: to achieve the rapid detection of spores,the mechanism is the important part,through relevant information,design the particle information capture device,a varietyof the carrier and precise camera console,so as to realize the rapid acquisition of spores.(2)The hardware part of the lower computer: the hardware is composed of OV2640 camera,GPRS wireless module,camera light source brightness adjustment module,stepper motor drive module,using PWM modulation technology to adjust the brightness of the light source.(3)Computer software: image processing with LABVIEW.(4)The system debugging part: finally,the whole system debugging from the feasibility and accuracy of the whole system,debugging and detection content includes the capture of samples,the effect of the photos taken by the camera,picture processing situation.Synthesize the above analysis.This system after several experiments,comparison analysis,using a circular shaped sample stage,one can accommodate 20 slides,slides every rotation of a fixed angle,and then through the camera to collect pictures,post image processing.Compared with the traditional methods of spore capture and counting,it is more convenient and faster to take samples and analyze the samples by the way of intelligent image micro imaging.
