Research And Application Of Information Supervision Technology For Veterinary Drugs In The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Animal products quality safety is an important part of food safety,which not only affect the immediate interests of producers,business operators and consumers,but also have perceived impact on public health,animal husbandry health,sustainable development and public health security.Veterinary drugs are important materials for prevention,diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases.This study divides the veterinary drugs in Ningxia market into two groups according to the different supply channels: from outside Ningxia and from Inside Ningxia.The veterinary drug management enterprises and farms(households)are used as monitoring outlets to collect statistics and establish a database of veterinary drugs in Ningxia.Batch sampling and detailed technical information shall be employed to categorize the collected information.The database shall include the information of National veterinary drug approval records,fake veterinary drug approved by rural government departments,veterinary drug inspection institutions and veterinary drug regulatory and enforcement departmens in the 22 counties of Ningxia.The date base shall contain be composed of 65536 data of drug approval number,6282 data of fake drugs,39200 data of national supervision and sampling,and 6282 data of false veterinary drugs information.Merge Excel Files and Beyond Compare are employed to set up the information platform for veterinary drugs information,from which liscence of drgus can be learnt,so can the fake drug information as well as the quality inspection results of a drug.To test the function of the platform,from April to May in 2017,82 monitoring branches and 33,559 veterinary drug information reported in 121 cases were has been selected to study.By using the Merge Excel Files software and Beyond Compare,it has been confirmed that 3359 veterinary drug varieties were all legally qualified and 1 fake.At the same time,EXCEL pivot technology is used for various data information classification and consolidation.To conclude,the information supervision and regulatory platform shall combine the advantages of the quality evaluation and testing of the state,provincial supervision departments and laboratories with the specialty of veterinary medicine in the basic area to enhance the awareness of quality of the veterinary drug production enterprises and to ensure the quality of the veterinary drugs.In addition,it shall also better the practices of the related distributors and consumers,center the focus of the drug supervision and enhance the laboratory testing performance of the remainder of drugs uses.The platform has cracked the bottleneck of veterinary drug supervision at the grass-roots level.It has a significant effect on improving the efficiency and quality of veterinary drug supervision and quality of the grass roots,and ensuring the quality of veterinary medicine.It also plays an active role in promoting the prevention and control of animal epidemic diseases,regulating the scientific use of veterinary drugs and ensuring the quality and safety of livestock products.
