Investigation, Analysis And Countermeasure On Veterinary Drugs Residue In Food Of Animal Origin In Xinjiang

This paper has introduced the conception of veterinary drugs residue. It analysed the main causes which affected the safety of animal products. It outlined the developments overseas for veterinary drug residues and generally explained the residues in the field of quality and safety of livestock and poultry products in China, including the supervision and control in animal products, the forbidden medicines in feed. It collected the residues data from abroad and domestic in the corresponding period, comparing these data through statistic, finding out the causes and insufficient which can arouse our thought-provoking. It investigated the residues data in Xinjiang in recent years. The author found out the deficiency in the residue methods by himself practical experience, at the same time, the author presented proposals from five sides about how to control the further development for veterinary drugs residues in Xinjiang.
