At present,our country produces vegetable greenhouse greenhouse area to reach the world first,but the mechanization production level is not high,the greenhouse greenhouse planting is more and more urgent to the demand of micro machinery.Now whether domestic or foreign plants tendril falling on the solution of the problems which are not effective,now grown in greenhouse are using artificial fall tendril or take advantage of falling hanging tendril bine realize semi-automatic tendril,but has a huge effort,laborious,low efficiency of faults.Now fall tendril machinery is still in its infancy stage,this paper aiming at vines of crops in greenhouse to fall tendril problems are studied,through literature,investigation and research,analysis,test,designed for use in greenhouses a tendril falling device can realize two ridge plant tendril falling at the same time to improve efficiency,reduce labor intensity.The main research results are as follows:(1)according to the actual production requirements of the greenhouse,the overall design of the greenhouse setting device was completed.The plant system includes mechanical system and control system.The mechanical system consists of chain transmission mechanism,wire feeder,cable winding mechanism and frame structure.The control system USES ac motor to control the operation of the crankshaft.(2)based on SolidWorks,the design of the mechanical system of the falling plant was completed.Mechanical system design including the design of the chain transmission mechanism,the design of the transmission box,the design of the transmission shaft,pay-off mechanism design,selection of orbit and pulleys,set the design of the rope winding device,the design of the frame;The stress analysis of the key components includes the force analysis and strength check of the shaft,the force analysis of the releasing mechanism,the force analysis of the frame and the check of the rigidity strength.(3)According to the analysis results of the operation demand and stress,parameter calculation and selection design of key components of the control system were completed;The specific parameters include the power and speed of the drive motor,and the design of the drive motor is completed according to the parameters determined.The control system design was completed by analyzing the operation requirements and working process of the setting of the greenhouse.Select the control element and design the reasonable control panel to realize the control of the staff.(4)processing and debugging of the falling tendril device were tested and verified,the spacing of the inner wall of the spool is measured when the wire rope is at the optimum tension in the work;At the same time,the running speed of the runner device is tested under different load conditions.and the results showed that the plant was stable and satisfied the operation requirements.
