Evaluation Of The Immune Results For Main Diseases In Large Scale Pig Farm Of Linyi City

In order to understand the immune results of the pig foot and mouth disease(FMD),swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and porcine pseudorabies(PR),9021 serum samples were collected from 21 pig farms in Linyi city district from Jenuary/2013 to Desember/2015 and the immune antibodies of above four diseases in those serum samples were detected by ELISA.Results showed that the PR has a highest immune antibody qualification rate(87.85%)followed by CSFV vaccine(82.78%);Immunization antibody qualification rate of the FMD and PRRS is low,81.63% and 69.7%,respectively.Immunization antibody qualification rate of those four diseases is different among different scale of pig farms,in which the antibody qualification rate is slightly higher in big scale farms than in small scale farms.Immunization antibody qualification rate of those four diseases showed a highest rate in breeder Herd,showed a lower rate in pig in other growth stage.The immune antibody qualification rate of PR in suckling piglets is apparently lower than weaned piglets;suckling piglets and weaned piglets showed a higher immune antibody qualification rate than fattening pigs.
