In recent years, development of laying hens breeding is slow. Seek for new feed’s sources is one of the important pursuit in layer breeding.Taking the Tenebrio molitor’s dung as a feed material,This article to evaluate it nutritive value,then Different added Levels of Tenebrio molitor’s dung from the feed of laying hens, feeding 40 weeks Hyline Brown hens.Studies on the layer feed with Tenebrio molitor excrement replacing other feed components.and choose the best addition level.Apparent digestibility of nutrient composition of Tenebrio molitor’s dung Were obtained by metabolize experiments.In the same environment,300 laying hens of 40 weeks were assigned to six groups randomly, there are three replicates for each groups.with 12 laying hens each in an replicate with the single factor design.Different treatment groups were fed different experimental diets, the proportion of Tenebrio molitor’s dung in the experimental diets were 0%,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%.After the Experimental for food. Advanced behavior of 1 weeks of pre feeding, then reduce the impact of stress, and then for January is feeding.Feeding experiment divided into pre feeding period of 1 weeks and positive feeding period January. After feeding, measure determination of laying performance, egg quality and egg nutrition. The experimental results as follows:(1) Tenebrio molitor’s dung metabolizable energy, crude protein and crude fat contents were 7.43MJ/kg,14.8% and 13.5%,the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fat was 53.36%,59.52%. Tenebrio molitor’s dung have higher nutritional value and easily be digested and absorbed in layer hens.(2) Tenebrio molitor dung can increase laying ability,10% Tenebrio molitor dung added in feed, the have a significant impact on laying ability(P<0.05);4%,6%,8% and 10% Tenebrio molitor dung added to feed could appreciable lowered average the daily feed intake of hens,(P<0.05)Tenebrio molitor dung could appreciable lowered Brokening rate of hens(P<0.05),Tenebrio Tenebrio molitor dung accounting for 6% of the total weight of the feed is the best to reduce the rate of broken egg. Tenebrio manure can reduce egg laying hens feed ratio, but the difference was not significant (p> 0.05). (3) Tenebrio molitor’s dung of egg shape index, eggshell thickness, yolk index and egg yolk color effect was not significant (P> 0.05). The effect of laying hens Haugh unit significantly (P< 0.05). The group 5 of Haugh unit were best effect; Tenebrio molitor’s dung of 10% has significant effects on average egg weight (P< 0.05).(4) Tenebrio molitor’s dung can improve the egg white, egg yolk protein and egg yolk fat content, and has significant effect on egg white protein and egg yolk fat content(P< 0.05), Tenebrio molitor’s dung of 10% has the best effect to them; but the Tenebrio molitor’s dung has not significant effect on egg yolk protein content (P> 0.05); the Tenebrio molitor’s dung can significantly reduce cholesterol content of egg yolk (P< 0.05), adding 8% was reduced significantly and has no significant effect on egg yolk phospholipid content (P< 0.05).(5)In the diet of laying hens, Suitable amount of Tenebrio molitor’s dung ranges from 6% to 10%.
