Objective:Observation of the Achyranthes bidentata Bl.field and water and fertilizer experiments to study it's growth and development;Determination of the optimum proportion of NPK in A.bidentata,Study on Optimum Soil Water Content and Organic Fertilizer Types of A.bidentata Coupling with Water and Fertilizers,Formulate standard operating procedures,To lay a research foundation for standardized planting of A.bidentata.Methods:(1)Through the form of visits,investigate the whole process of cultivation of A.bidentata in production areas,and understand the current status and problems of A.bidentata cultivation in producing areas;(2)Observing the whole process of growth of A.bidentata,studying the growth and development of A.bidentata,and determining it's regular pattern;(3)NPK three factors and four levels experiment(3414 fertilizer effect experiment),screening the best NPK ratio.(4)Combination experiments of different irrigation amounts and different organic fertilizers,the amount of fertilizer is based on the level of N2P2K2 in experiment 3,use coefficient of variation,select soil moisture and organic fertilizer types Suitable for Growing A.bidentata.Results:1.Current situation and existing problems of A.bidentata cultivation in producing areasThe base of the drug farmers in the process of planting,Soil is dominated by sand and clay,basal fertilizer mainly consists of compound fertilizer with high nitrogen content,less or no organic fertilizer;Seed selection is dominated by Akiko,autumn vine moss as supplement;Planting time is 1-2 days after heading;Topdressing all fertilizer;Irrigation method using flood irrigationLarge and Large amount,achieve 30m~3/667m~2;The disease occurred between august and september,The main stypes are P.spinosa and cotton bollworm,and with no fixed dilution ratio on pesticide;Individual drug farmers use expand ersblindly and excessive investment;Harvested after mid-November,dry by hanging or tiling.Problems that exist:(1)disorders use on Fertilizer;(2)Seed lack of standards(Mostly self-retained);(3)pest control with arbitrariness;(4)the collection processing is not standardized.2.Study on Dry Matter Accumulation and Growth Regulation of A.bidentataThrough the morphological observation on the ground and underground,Dividing the growth period of A.bidentata into seedling stage-15d,disk period-45d,long period-45d,harvest period,full growth 105d—135d.The ground part of the planting period grows rapidly,the underground part during the long period,October 23(Average daily temperature 15.3°C)Came into harvest,At this time,the dry weight of single plant was not changed much,but November 28(Average daily temperature of 6.9°C),The?-ecdysterone,oleanolic acid,polysaccharides,and leachables at the time of harvest were significantly reduced relative to October 28(average daily temperature of 14.6°C),Therefore,it is recommended that A.bidentata be harvested within half a month after entering the harvest period.3.Effects of different N,P and K fertilizers on the aboveground and underground Morphology of A.bidentata in Different PeriodsDifferent application of NPK,the morphology of A.bidentata was significantly different among the treatments,it shows regular changes at different time periods.Treatment of 1,2,4,8nutrient deficiency,before fertilizer application,plant height is lower than other treatments about 12.76%-34.72%,Stem diameter is lower than other treatments about6.61%-15.44%;After top dressing,relative increase in 2,4 and 8 plant heights about8.38%-28.31%,relative increase in plant width about 6.26%-15.72%,stem diameter is still smaller than other treatments,The plant height and stem diameter of treatments 9 and 13were larger at disc stage,the plant height decreased at long bar,and stem diameter was higher than other treatments,its P:K ratio is 0.8.Roots of the harvesting period were highest in the treatment 6 and lowest in the four treatments of the deficiency.4.Effects of combined application of N,P and K on yield and quality of A.bidentataCoefficient of variation analysis,in the fourteen processes,with the goal of output,optimal treatment 7,N:20Kg/667m~2,P:9Kg/667m~2,K:15Kg/667m~2;Based on the best combination of yield and quality,optimal treatment 9,N:20Kg/667m~2,P:6Kg/667m~2,K:7.5Kg/667m~2.5.Effect of water and fertilizer coupling on yield and quality of A.bidentataSeedling stage and disk stage:When the yield is the target,it is recommended that the relative soil moisture content-organic fertilizer combination is:83.8%-chicken manure,83.8%-pig manure,63.9%-pig manure;When using oleanolic acid and?-ecdysterone as target products,it is recommended that the relative soil moisture content-organic fertilizer composition be:80%-chicken manure;When the polysaccharide is the target product,it is recommended that the relative soil water content-organic fertilizer combination is:86%-sheep manure;When using the leachate as the target product,it is recommended that the relative soil moisture content-organic manure combination be:86%-chicken manure;when the overall quality is the main objective,the recommended soil moisture content-organic manure combination is:86.7%-sheep manure;When the weather occurs at the seedling stage,drought at the planting stage,long-term leeches,etc.are not suitable for the growth and development of A.bidentata,it is recommended to use manure of organic fertilizers in order to obtain stable and high quality products.
