Food is all important to the people,but,with the advancement of technology and social development,food doesnot become much safer as we expect.On the one hand,modern technology and industry creates material fortune for the community,on the other hand,it also caused severe environmental pollution.More serious contamination to food becomes,and casuses great threats to human health.China,now,is the world’s largest producer and consumer of pork products,so pork products’ qualtiy safety problems constitute threats,both for the health of consumers or the pork in the competitiveness of international trade.It also directly affects the continuous revenue growths on pig industry and pig cultivators.So now,how to carry out management on pig quality safety issues is imminent and urgent.In order to improve pork product quality and safety,after the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management,Xi’an further establishes and implements HACCP System that emphasizes on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point of food safety.To be directed against the exisiting problems in operation on ISO 9001 and HACCP,via the comparative analysis of both of the systems;Xi’an Yang melts both of systems smoothly and integrates both into one system.Upon each levels sorted out in accordance with ISO 9001 and HACCP system,Xi’an Yang sets up quality and safety management evaluation system.Using AHP method and Yaahh5.0 to identify relatively important factors,the company can find quality and safety problems.The implementation of HACCP has been made to quantify the quality and safety management.After comparative analysis on ISO9001 System and HACCP System,both of sytstems can be integrated smoothly,and formed into one management system with same goal and management methods.The integration management system is condusive for safety control in operation and helps plan and allocate resource efficiently,reduce management costs,and improve management effectiveness and efficiency.It also makes Xi’an Yang quality and safety management to form a closed loop of continuous improvement,and promote the works of quality and safety.
