Cultivated land is a precious resource for human survival,but there are some problems,such as poor quality of cultivated land,serious abandonment and serious resource consumption,which destroy the cornerstone of food security and hinder the development of agriculture and rural economy.The improvement of cultivated land quality is an effective measure to alleviate the pressure of grain and ensure food security under the constraint of limited resources.Fujin City in Heilongjiang Province is located in the hinterland of Sanjiang Plain.It is rich in soil fertility and high in grain yield.It can be used as a reference standard for improving cultivated land quality in Heilongjiang Province,and can also compare and analyze the difference of cultivated land quality under two different management systems.Therefore,exploring the evaluation of cultivated land quality in Fujin City and making a comparative analysis between the farming area and the reclamation area have important reference value for the follow-up work of improving cultivated land quality in Heilongjiang Province.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper selected Fujin City as the study area and selected 9 indexes including soil organic matter content,soil PH,field slope,effective soil layer thickness,soil nutrient elements,field shape index,irrigation conditions,drainage conditions and road accessibility to form the evaluation of cultivated land quality in Fujin City.Price system.Taking the cultivated land map of the second national land survey of Fujin City as the evaluation unit,the weight of evaluation index was determined by combining Delphi method with AHP,and the comprehensive index of cultivated land quality of each evaluation unit was calculated by weighted comprehensive index method.Using the natural breakpoint method,the comprehensive evaluation score of cultivated land quality is divided into four categories: excellent,good,medium and low in ARCGIS 9.3 platform.(2)The natural conditions of cultivated land are mainly good in quantity,in which the agricultural areas are mainly good,the reclamation areas are mainly superior,and the spatial trend is decreasing from northeast to southwest;the cultivated land conditions are mainly superior in quantity,in which the agricultural areas are mainly good,the reclamation areas are mainly superior,and the spatial distribution characteristics are high in Northeast and low in southwest.The comprehensive score of cultivated land quality is mainly good in quantity,in which the agricultural area is mainly moderate,the reclamation area is mainly good,and the spatial distribution is high in Northeast and low in southwest.(3)Comparing and analyzing the cultivated land quality characteristics between the farming area and the reclamation area in Fujin City,we can see that the influence of natural conditions on the cultivated land quality of each township or farm is more balanced,mainly because the farming conditions are quite different.Although the reclamation area is "congenitally insufficient",it is good at making use of the engineering measures such as soil transfer and fertilization,reclamation and so on to make up for it.Farmers in the agricultural area have the misconception of "emphasizing land use and neglecting land conservation",which makes the soil fertility of the farmland in the earlier reclamation period decrease continuously.Planning,and limited to the fragmentary distribution of farmland,land improvement project area is small,the area proportion is low,so the overall level of farmland quality is lower than the reclamation area.(4)According to the results of the evaluation of cultivated land quality in Fujin City,this paper,based on the demand of "storing grain on the ground" and agricultural modernization development,from the persistent strengthening of land improvement and construction,upgrading the level of agricultural science and technology in agricultural areas,rationally determining the main body of fertilization,popularizing the protective cultivation technology model,and popularizing the maize straw returning system.The specific suggestions for increasing the amount of organic manure and monitoring the quality of cultivated land are put forward.
