The material carrier of arable land as a guarantee of human activities and most fundamentally,facing the serious ecological environment pollution of cultivated land quality reduced and irrational structure of land use and land scarcity dilemma,master the basic situation of cultivated land quality is the basic conditions of management planning.The traditional evaluation methods of cultivated land quality are mainly based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),principal component analysis(PCA)and entropy weight method.This method can only be analyzed from the subjective or objective aspects,and it has some limitations.In view of the singleness and limitation of the traditional methods of cultivated land quality evaluation,this paper puts forward a method of combining the grey relational grade analysis and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the subjective and objective view of cultivated land quality evaluation.This paper is mainly based on the first National Geographic National Census data and other relevant thematic data results,selection of major grain producing areas of the Yangtze River in Hubei city of Xiangyang Province as the study area,analysis the quality of cultivated land in the region.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The ecological environment and surface natural resources distribution and utilization index evaluation analysis system are constructed.In this paper,combined with the ecological environment test area and the distribution of natural resources and the actual situation of land utilization,respectively from the ecological quality,ecological structure and landscape pattern from 3 aspects of 11 index,and resource endowment,resource distribution,resource utilization and resource sustainable utilization in the 4 aspects of a total of 42 indicators,using AHP evaluation of construction of ecological environment in the study area and surface distribution of natural resources utilization analysis index system.According to the index system,the actual ecological environment pressure and the spatial distribution pattern of resources in this area are obtained.(2)Establish AHP-grey relational grade evaluation model of cultivated land quality.In this paper,4 indexes,including cultivated land background,cultivated land production management,economic benefits of cultivated land and sustainable utilization of cultivated land,are selected to construct the index system of cultivated land quality evaluation and analysis,which is composed of 17 indexes.Starting from the angle of cultivated land resources supply capacity,with the correlation between the quality of cultivated land and grain yield in the introduction of the average yield of grain to auxiliary ownership,combined with grey system theory between grain yield and influence factors of cultivated land quality of grey correlation degree as a result of AHP is the basis.Analysis of the results is hierarchical weighted related degree calculation into the experimentation area cultivated land quality,the result shows the differences of cultivated land quality in various areas of Xiangyang city to calculate the weighted related degree,the eastern region is good,middle and western poor,basically in accordance with actual situation of cultivated land resources in the area.
