Seed aging is a common phenomenon in seed production.Aging often causes the decline of seed vitality,and the effect of germination is bad,which has a serious effect on the subsequent production.To study how to improve the aging effect and vigor of eggplant seed germination test,my experiment's material is Dongnong 1601,using 9 kinds of methods of physical and chemical treatments,using Single factor treatment to screening optimum condition,then to use L9?3?4 orthogonal design and uniform design method for the treatment,and determination of various indicators of the germination process in range analysis?visual analysis?changes of the above indexes,select the best combination can improve the germination effect,analyzes the different influence factors between these methods,and further determine the seed vigor of epigenetic mechanism of physiological and biochemical indicators.The results show that:1?The treatment such as: PEG,mannitol,GA,6-BA,ASA,CaCl2,KH2PO4,magnetic field,electric field and so on,all of them can increase eggplant seed germination effect and seed vigor in different amplitude.The optimal treatment methods are as follows: the molecular weight of PEG is 6000-8000,for 12-24 h,concentration in 5%-12.5%;the concentration of mannitol is about 3%-11%,soaking 12-24h;The concentration of GA is in 100-250mg/L,the soaking time is about 12-24h;the concentration of 6-BA is in 200-300mg/L,the soaking time is about 16-24h;the concentration of As A is in 25-50mg/L,soaking time is about 8-20h;CaCl2 in the concentration is in 8-20g/L,the soaking time is about 16-24h;the soaking time of KH2PO4 is about 12-16 h,at the concentration of 1-5g/L;the magnetic treatment soaks about 4-12 h,and the treatment of it is about 1-5minutes,the field strength is about 3-4KGS,the electric field is soaking about 8-10 h,and treatment of it is about 90-180 s,field strength is about 15-20 KV.2?The L9?3?4 orthogonal design and the uniform design methods were used to select the best combination of the 9 methods.According to the treatment effect,This is the order from high to low: the best is the magnetic field,the magnetic field strength is 5KGS,deal with 5minutes,soaking time is 6h;electric field intensity is 25 k V/cm,processing time of electric treatment solution is 90 s,soaking time is 10h;the processing method of GA is 25?,250mg/L,soak 20h;the processing method of KH2PO4 is 25?,5g/L and the soaking time is 20h;the processing method of As A is 30?,300mg/L?and the soaking time is 16h;the processing method of PEG is the molecular weight is 6000,7.5%,the soaking time is 20h;the processing method of 6-BA is 25??50mg/L?the soaking time is 16h;the processing method of CaCl2 is 15??12g/L?16h.3?Improved seed vigor after different treatments on the physiological effects of life is different,its physiological and biochemical changes,the content of soluble protein,peroxidase,catalase and superoxide dismutase are increaing,the content of MDA is decreased as the physiological function of reinforcement decreased,above all showed that after treatment of seeds can promote the seed germination.4?For seed coating agents,in 70% imidacloprid and 90% respectively according to the different proportion of evil spirit mixed as the main components,prepared 6 kinds of seed coating agent,on eggplant seed coating after activity determination.The results showed that the germination percentage,germination vigor and vigor index of the coating after 1,2,3,5 and 6 were all higher than those of the control group,and the formula 3 was relatively suitable for seed coating treatment of eggplant.The bacteriostasis effect of six kinds of seed coating agents on Verticillium Wilt and Verticillium wilt was significantly different from that of the control.
