Investigation And Evaluation Of Garden Plant Species And Landscape Greenbelt In Guangrao County

The selection and arrangement of garden plants is important for urban garden construction.In order to create a picturesque landscape effect,a thorough study on the selection and allocation of garden plants is carried out.By investigating the species of garden plants and the present situation of garden greenbelt in Guangrao County,the species of garden plants were known,and then the environmental conditions,the families and genera of garden plants,the ornamental characteristics and the health status of garden plants in Guangrao County were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,and the suitable growth environment,the regional culture and the local characteristics of Guangrao County were selected.Create a “colorful” spacious surrounded by green shade,a “characteristic” spacious full of garden culture,and create an ecological garden city with “spacious spirit”.In this paper,Guangrao County urban park green space,protective green space,square green space,accessory green space,production green space field investigation,a more comprehensive grasp of the Guangrao County urban green space garden plant application.The main findings are as follows:1.Landscape plants have a certain diversity.There are 208 species in 85 families in Guangrao County.Among them,61 species of deciduous trees belong to 28 families,17 species of evergreen trees belong to 5 families,47 species of deciduous shrubs belong to 16 families,14 species of evergreen shrubs belong to 6 families,12 species of vines belong to 8 families,45 species of herbs belong to 17 families,12 species of aquatic plants belong to 5 families.It can be seen that woody plants account for a large proportion of plant species and are the main garden plants in landscaping.2.There are more than 10 kinds of color-leafed plants in Guangrao County.Pure color-leaves plants can be divided into red leaves,yellow leaves,green leaves,most of the color-leafed plants are green leaves,such as Pruns cerasifera f.atropurea with red leaves,Platycladus orientalis ‘Semperaurea' with yellow leaves.Other color-leaves trees change their leave colors with season,such as Ginkgo biloba,Cotinas coggygria,Cornus alba.There are more than 20 kinds of foliage plants,such as Photinia serrulata,Lirodendron chinense,Aesculus chinensis and so on.Also,there are more than 30 kinds of flowering plants,mainly Syringa microphylig,Prunus persica f.duplex,Pruns serrulata,Lagerstroemia indica,Forsythig supensa;more than 20 kinds of ornamental fruit plants,such as Pyracantha fortuneana,Diospyros kaki,Puniea granatum,etc.The ornamental plants for stem are Lagerstroemia indica and Cornus alba,for tree shape are Populus tomentosa and Cedrus deodara.These plants outline the rich seasonal landscapes.3.The most common plants in Guangrao County are more than 10 species,including trees such as Ligustrum lucidum,Sophora japonica,Lagerstroemia indica,Cedrus deodara,Platanus spp.,Prunus cerasifera f.atropurea,Prunus persica f.duplex and Salix babylonica,willow,shrubs such as Euonymus japonicus,Rosa chinensis,Berberis thunbergii and Photinia,and ground cover plants such as Gramineae grass.4.There are still some problems in the application of landscape plants in Guangrao County: the(1)structure of plant species is not reasonable;the species of color(2)-leaf plants are less;(3)the planting density of trees and shrubs in some sections is too high;(4)the application of ground cover plant resources is less.In view of the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward as follows:(1)to improve the biodiversity of garden plants;(2)to improve the landscape diversity of garden plants;(3)to plan the backbone tree species,key tree species and general tree species in detail within the county;and(4)to allocate different types of green space plants reasonably.
