China has a vast territory and a relatively bad climate and ecological environment in most areas,which seriously restricts the development of agriculture.At the same time,compared with the world average level,the water resources in our country are very short,and the flood irrigation mode of traditional agriculture leads to the extreme waste of water resources.?“13th Five-Year”to add 100 million acres of efficient water-saving irrigation area project?clearly pointed out the need to vigorously promote the intelligent greenhouse control system of water-saving agricultural modernization development.Therefore,this paper studies and designs a kind of intelligent greenhouse control system which uses water resources efficiently and improves the quality of agricultural products in an all-round way.The system is composed of a telemetry terminal,a video monitoring module,a central station and a client.The intelligent greenhouse telemetering terminal uses the STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor of the Cortex-M3 kernel as the main control module.It mainly designs the power supply,storage,data configuration,environment factor collection,environment control,radio frequency identification,irrigation control,wireless communication,alarm,etc.Key display and Rain Water recovery module.The telemetering terminal collects the data of air temperature and humidity,soil moisture and CO2concentration,illumination intensity,underground water level,rainfall,pressure,flow rate and so on in the greenhouse.The climate environment in the greenhouse can be regulated by three ways such as intelligence,so that the crops can obtain the optimal growth conditions.The manual control is accomplished by the key display module,and the remote control is realized by the upper computer and the mobile phone APP software.These two methods can realize the control of solenoid valve,well pump,water and fertilizer integrated device,exhaust fan,heater,humidifier,light and shade.The intelligent control algorithm is based on the expert experience as the fuzzy control rule.1)the soil moisture deviation and variation rate of the collected soil are treated as input values to control the opening and closing of solenoid valve,and then to control the irrigation time of greenhouse,so as to realize accurate irrigation of crops;2)according to irrigation time,crop demand and expert experience to control the opening and closing of water pump and water and fertilizer integrative device;3)the air temperature,humidity,light intensity data as input value,control of the exhaust fan,heater,humidifier,lights and shutters and other equipment,and then control the climate environment in greenhouse,the optimal value of the crop growth environment.Video monitoring module through wireless bridge and camera to achieve video monitoring in the greenhouse.Central station to collect and upload data storage,analysis and processing,fault diagnosis,early warning,etc.To achieve the upper computer and mobile phone APP software and other client login,management.This topic comes from the enterprise,and under the enterprise actual research and development project financial support completes.In order to verify the function of the system,the following experiments are designed:power test,hardware function test,wireless communication function test,data acquisition function test and device control function test.The experimental results show that each module of the system works normally,the measured data is accurate,and meets the design requirements,and has been applied in the project of automatic irrigation in the greenhouse of Yang Ling agricultural professional farmers'pioneer park.
