With the change of agricultural production mode,greenhouse has occupied an extremely important position.At present,the new sliding-cover greenhouse has been widely used in northern areas of China,such as Liaoning and Inner Mongolia,because of its characteristics of heat preservation,sufficient sunlight and economic and practical.However,the control of greenhouse is mainly manual control,and the automation is insufficient.Therefore,according to the structure characteristics of the new sliding cover greenhouse,a new sliding cover automatic control system based on STM32 single chip computer is designed,which integrates data acquisition and control functions.Based on the analysis of functional requirements of the system,the overall design of the system is carried out from the two modules of hardware and software.The cooperation of hardware and software ensures the normal operation of the automatic control system of the sliding cover greenhouse.In the hardware design,STM32F103ZET6 MCU is used as the main controller to control the opening and closing of sliding cover and windowpane by motor driving.Gravity acceleration sensor is used to judge the moving position of sliding cover and windowpane,and PID control method is used to control the inertia generated during the sliding cover movement.At the same time,the system is equipped with a data collector to collect environmental factors such as temperature,humidity,illumination and carbon dioxide concentration in greenhouse through sensors.In addition,the system is equipped with data storage module and display module to facilitate on-site testers to keep abreast of the sliding cover greenhouse environment.The software module is mainly responsible for sending control instructions,which is programmed by Keil u Vision 5 software platform.The on-site test time of the system is winter,and the parameters are set according to the climate characteristics of northern winter.The staff can adjust the parameters according to the characteristics of different seasons and the requirements of crop growth in greenhouse through serial debugging assistant of host computer.The field test shows that the motor can control the sliding cover and windshield accurately and on time according to the instructions and combined with PID regulation.The results of data acquisition show that the correlation coefficients of each environmental factor can reach R~2=0.88,which indicates that the new sliding cover greenhouse control system can accurately collect the environmental factors in the greenhouse,and the PID control method can adjust the oscillation caused by the inertia of the sliding cover.The test results can meet the requirements of automatic control of sliding cover and windowpane in greenhouse and environmental acquisition.It has certain social and economic benefits and achieves the expected design goals and requirements.
