Greenhouse straw reactor technology is an agricultural high-tech that has emerged in China in recent years,which has an important role in promoting farmers' production and income.It has an important role in promoting farmers' production and income.In order to promote the promotion of emerging technologies in agriculture,it is necessary to design a special greenhouse trencher.This paper investigates the trenching equipment at home and abroad,and summarizes the development status of trenching equipment at home and abroad.The overall design of the self-propelled trencher for greenhouse straw reactors was developed.The main contents of the thesis include:(1)The detailed analysis and design of the trenching components of the greenhouse straw reactor was carried out.Combined with the agronomic requirements of the greenhouse straw reactor,a disc opener was selected.Determine the number of grooving knives for the disc opener is 6.The finite element analysis of the grooving knife was performed using the simulation plug-in to verify the stability of the grooving knife during operation and the rationality of the design.Through the optimization calculation of MATLAB software,it is determined that the speed of the groove cutter is 5m/s.The groove depth is 25 cm and the width is 40 cm.(2)Design calculation for the auxiliary earthmoving parts,re-optimized the parameters of the auger,It was finally determined that the shaftless auger speed was 50 r/min,the diameter was 200 mm,and the pitch was 50 mm.(3)Design of the overall structure of the crawler self-propelled chassis and selection of related components.Make sure the track model is 250*48.5 rubber track.The lateral stability analysis of the crawler chassis was carried out,and the critical angle of the anti-overturn and side slip of the chassis was calculated to be 32.61°.(4)Smaller size for the interior of the greenhouse,The hydraulic pump,valve and hydraulic cylinder used in the self-propelled trenching machine of the greenhouse straw reactor were calculated and selected.Calculate the flow rate of all working parts to determine the volume of the hydraulic tank is 120 L.
