Grapholitha molesta Busck,a worldwide pest of fruit trees, which causing serious fruit borer damage and serious economic losses. At present, the way of controlling the damage of Grapholitha molesta Busck is mainly rely on traditional chemical pesticides, however, the ecological environment has been seriously affected by the phenomenon of single pesticide varieties, the irrational use of drugs and the increase of the dosage at will.At the same time,a lethal dose pesticides have direct toxic effect on Grapholitha molesta busck, besides, some of the surviving individuals were affected by the sub lethal effect.Chlorantraniliprole,Lambda-Cyhalothrin and Avermectin were used in the test, which are commonly used insecticides of controlling oriental fruit moth in production and Dinotefuran,Thiamethoxam,Cyantraniliprole bromide reagent is a new choice for the test. This paper systematically studied the effects on different insect state of Grapholitha molesta Busck of different concentration treatment of six different drugs. Then, the best reagent and concentration of different insect state were selected,as well as the sub lethal dose of the reagent which is better for the larvae and the effects on larval growth and reproductive capacity. It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific prevention of Grapholitha molesta Busck. The results are as follows:1?72 hours after the use of drugs, the best medicine which has the best preventive effect on the adults of Grapholitha molesta busck is 20%soluble granules Dinotefuran,5%Abamectin Emulsifiable Concentrates and 10%Lambda-cyhalothrin,which also has better control effect.By adding auxiliary application efficacy test showed that the special additives 2 of fruit grapholithamolesta to three insecticides has a synergistic effect on controlling adults, with the drug concentration increased, the better effect of anti.2?This paper studied the effect of six insecticides on screening anti pear fruit moth eggs, the results showed that the 20%soluble granules Dinotefuran and 25%moisture powder granule Thiamethoxam has good inhibition on egg hatching and found that the mineral oil additives can improve the egg hatching inhibition rate of Dinotefuran and Thiamethoxam and egg hatching inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration.3?It is found that 5%Abamectin EC,20%suspension of Chlorantraniliprole and 20%soluble granules Dinotefuran have a good effect on early larvae of Grapholitha molesta busck.Research results show that larvae are affected by insecticides sublethal dose, which causes the death of larvae under the peel.Namely the larvae fruit rate is not equal to the final survival rate and there is a big difference from the control.4?Experiments showed that the insecticide to the sub lethal effects of growth and development of Grapholitha molesta busck showed developmental duration prolonged, the pupal weight loss of male and female, pupation rate, eclosion rate and single female oviposition rate decreased significantly and as the dose increased, the more obvious inhibition. To sum up,20%water soluble granule Dinotefuran is the best agentia to prevent and control adults, larvae and eggs of Grapholitha molesta Busck, which can be used in different insect state period. In order to prevent the use of a single production of resistance, the cross use of the medicament with different insect states can be effectively prevented. The sub lethal effects of agentia have a certain inhibitory effect on the growth and development and reproduction ability of Grapholitha molesta busck and attention should be given in production.
