Smart agriculture,relies on sensor network technology,can realize real-time collection and monitoring of environmental information in the production process.The information analysis and intelligent control of production can also be realized by using cloud computing and big data analysis.The wireless sensor network(WSN)has great advantages in complexity and cost,compared to the traditional sensor network.In this paper,the principle and function of WSN is analyzed.A complete solution of software and hardware design and implementation methods of WSN is proposed based on the real applications.Different types of wireless of application scenarios are different,so when designing a suitable wireless sensor network,first determine the application background.Find a balance between communication distance,power consumption and speed,and reduce the cost while meeting the system requirements.Therefore,after determining the agricultural greenhouse with an application background of 500 square meters,this paper briefly introduces several current wireless communication methods,and from the transmission rate,transmission range,transmission power consumption,the number of network modules and other aspects have made a more detailed comparison.The wireless communication method to be used is determined in combination with design needs and requirements.After selecting the communication method of the wireless sensor network,the system functions are divided into coordinator,router,data acquisition,data processing,data indication and power supply,and a total of six functional modules.After that,the sub-functions that each module needs to implement are explained in turn,and the complete hardware design of each module is given.Then,according to the given system overall design scheme and hardware design scheme,taking the function of each module as the starting point and reducing the transmission amount of wireless data,the data format transmitted in the wireless sensor network is designed,and the data and instructions are referenced.The flow of information and the relationship between the sub-functions of each module in turn give the operational flow of each module software program.Finally,the unit test and integration test are carried out for different modules to verify the feasibility.The delay of the data transmission from end to end for these functional modules at different distribution modes in the wireless communication network by using OPNET software is simulated.
