Abstract/Summary:
Trichuris suis is regarded as Trichocephalus suis.It has been threating to the health of pigs on large-scaled pig farms and restricting the economic benefits of it.And Trichuris suis is also zoonotic parasitic diseases,it have brought huge hidden danger and harm to human health.In view of having a knowledge of the infection of Trichuris suis of Xiangtan city,840 samples were collected from 6 different large-scaled pig farms to examine the infection of Trichuris suis by using egg float:ing method between 2015 to 2016.The amplification and analysis of ITS gene of Trichuris suis from different large-scaled pig farms in Xiangtan city.The medical treatment and comprehensive controlling patterns of Trichuris suis was made from different large-scaled pig farms in Xiangtan city.The main results of this survey were listed as followed:1.The investigations of Trichuris suis infection from large-scaled pig farms in Xiang tan city.The results showed that the infection rates of six large-scaled pig farms was 2.83%、7.84%、3.54%、6.43%、1.4%and3.56%,the infection intensity was ranged 1200 to 1800,100 to 3200,400 to 2200,800 to 3200,100 to 1200 and 1200 to 2400.The average infection rate was 4.26%,and the infection intensity was ranged 100 to 3200.By contrast,fattening pigs could be infected more easily by piglets,The infections of respectively Trichuris suis between different large-scaled pig farms was different because of different surroundings of them.2.The amplification and analysis of ITS gene of richuris suis from different large-scaled pig farms in Xiangtan city.In order to examine sequence variation in the ITS gene in Trichuris suis isolates from Xiangtan city.The result showed that the lengthes of ITS sequence were 1300bp,The difference of the corresponding sequences were ranged 0.4 to 1.2%.The constructed phylogenetic tree revealed that the Xiangtan isolates and the Trichzuris suis available in GenBank were clustered in the same clade.It is concluded that ITS gene sequences can be used as a genetic marker for species genetic variation of Trichuris suis.3.The medical treatment and comprehensive controlling patterns of Trichuris suis was made from different large-scaled pig farms in Xiangtan city.By treating the Trichuris suis,we found that the infection of Trichuris suis in large-scaled pig farms could be effectively stopped by using the drugs of Ivermectin and fenbendazole,monitoring the change of infection of it and improving the living condition.Conclusion:1.We have invested the infection of Trichuris suis from six different largescale pig farms to have a knowledge of the prevalence feature it.2.We concluded that Ivermectin and Fenbendazole combined could be used for stopping the prevalence of Trichuris suis 3.ITS gene sequences can be used as a genetic marker for species genetic variation of Trichuris suis.The results of the study provided a useful basis for further studies of molecular epidemiology of Trichuris suis,and diagnosis of the resultant disease.
