The aim of this experiment was to study the green and safe synthetic additives of selenium-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparation in "Du Changda" Three-way Hybrid fattening pigs,which could provide high-quality selenium source for fattening pigs,improve the quality of meat and produce high-quality selenium-enriched products.Sixty fattening pigs with similar age and good health were randomly divided into four groups.The control group was fed with basic diet.The experimental group ?,? and ? were fed with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%selenium-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparation.The composition of the compound preparation in each test group was the same,and the selenium content in the compound preparation was 100mg/kg.Each group had three replicates,every group has five pigs.The feeding conditions were the same,sufficient light and free drinking water were guaranteed,and the feeding period was 60 days.The test results show that:Compared with the control group:(1)Growth performance results show that:0.3%Se-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparation can significantly increase the average daily gain of fattening pigs,improve the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus,and significantly reduce the feed-Weight ratio;0.1%and 0.3%selenium-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparation could improve the intestinal flora of fattening pigs,significantly increase the content of intestinal lactobacillus.inhibit the growth of colibacillus,and increase the regularity and length of intestinal villi of fattening pigs,and improve the digestive capacity of fattening pigs.(2)The results of immune and antioxidant test showed that:0.3%and 0.5%Se-enriched Lactobacillus Chinese medicine preparation could significantly improve the immune ability of fattening pigs and the antioxidant ability of serum and meat quality.(3)The results of carcass quality showed that;Within ten days,dripping loss of meat was significantly reduced in each experimental group.On the tenth day.0.3%and 0.5%Se-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparation significantly reduced the content of volatile base nitrogen in meat,inhibited the growth of meat pH and prolonged the shelf life of meat;The 0.3%selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria traditional Chinese medicine preparation can significantly improve the eye muscle area and meat tenderness of the finishing pig,improve the content of dry matter and crude fat in the fattening nutrients of the fattening pork,and significantly increase the content of amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids in the fattening pork meat,increased flavors;selenium-enriched Lactobacillus traditional Chinese medicine preparations in each experimental group could significantly increase the selenium content in serum,muscle,liver and kidney of fattening pigs.In summary,the optimal additive amount of the selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the growth process of the finishing pig is 0.3%,and the selenium content in the muscle is 0.89±0.08 mg/kg.
