| The purpose of this test is to study the du × long × big ternary fattening pigs.The purpose is to study the value of guanidino acetic acid traditional Chinese medicine preparations in improving growth performance,immune ability and product quality of fattening pigs.Thirty-six fattening pigs of the same age,good condition,and body weight(88±0.5)kg were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was fed a basic diet and the experimental group was fed a basic diet supplemented with 0.5%guanidine.Acetic acid Chinese medicine preparation,each group is set up with 3 repetitions,6 repetitions each,male and female half.Control the feeding conditions are the same,freely eat and drink water,arrange a 10-day prefeeding period before the feeding test,and the test period is 41 days.The results showed that:Compared with the control group:(1)The growth performance results show that:adding 0.5%guanidino acetic acid to the diet can significantly increase the average daily weight gain of fattening pigs;significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude ash,crude fat and nitrogen-free extracts,and The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in feed was significantly increased;the length and uniformity of the villi of the digestive tract of the fattening pigs were significantly increased,which facilitated the absorption of nutrients and did not significantly affect the depth of the small intestine crypts.(2)Carcass quality test show that the addition of guanidino acetic acid can significantly increase the content of aspartate aminotransferase in the serum of fattening pigs;it significantly increases the content of IgA and IgM,and improves the immunity of the fattening pig;it significantly increases the serum T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px content,significantly reduce the MDA content,improve the body’s antioxidant capacity.(3)Carcass quality test showed that dietary supplementation with guanidinoacetic acid traditional Chinese medicine preparation significantly reduced the muscle brightness value at 24h,7d and 10d during storage,and significantly reduced the drip loss rate at 24h and 4d during storage,and significantly reduced the 7d,10d drip loss rate,improve pork system water capacity,while significantly reducing TVB-N content in pork on the 1 Oth day.It significantly increased the content of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px in liver tissue,significantly reduced the content of MDA,and improved the antioxidant capacity of liver;extremely significantly contributed the crude fat content in pork and significantly increased the methionine content in pork.(4)Impact on economic benefits:According to statistics,dietary supplementation with guanidino acetic acid can improve the economic income of farmers by an average of 75.32 yuan per head,without increasing the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in the feces. |
