Research On The Key Technology Of The Southern Winter Jujube High Yield And High Quality Cultivation Regulation

The Southern winter jujube refers to a series of new varieties jujube breeding suitable for south area cultivation from north winter jujube.it have been developing rapidly in Jiangxi,Hunan,Guizhou and other southern regions in recent years because of its crisp fruit,sweet flavor,excellent quality.In actual production,it have been the key technology problem of the high yield and high quality cultivation of the southern winter jujube to improve the survival rate of grafted,solve the contradictions between shoots and fruits,improve fruit rate and fruit quality.Therefore,this paper takes the Southern winter jujube as test material,studied the southern winter jujube seedling rootstock selection and grafting method,the photosynthesis under different ecological factors,the yield and fruit quality and control of Wang and ringing control technology under different fertilization treatments,The main research results are as follows:.(1)It is a basic part of its cultivation to solve the South jujube grafting seedling survival rate reduced problem,different rootstocks have great influence on the graft survival rate and the out of nursery garden survival rate,the survival rate of grafting in high and low degree followed by:North wild jujube>South wild jujube>Guipu jujube seedling,the survival of graft survival rate and the out of nursery garden survival rate were the highest to the north of wild jujube,it reached 95.33%,90.2%,respectively.That showed the North wild jujube is the most suitable rootstock to South winter jujube.In different grafting times,at the end of the month 4-5 graft survival rate was the lowest(60%);6 mid late June to the end of July is the highest survival rate of grafting,up to more than 95%,And in mid October to early August,the survival rate of grafting showed a downward trend,The average survival rate was 91%.In grafting methods,the cutting and grafting is the best,the survival rate and the out of nursery garden survival rate was highest,reached 95%and 90%respectively.(2)Different ecological factors have big difference on photosynthesis of southern winter j uj ube.The Pn of southern winter crisp ripe period juj ube of replacing Branch is higher than the bearing branch.The Pn is upper leaf>middle lobe>lower lobe,The net was higher than that of the slope land of Pn,the Open field cultivation is higher than Shelter cultivation of Pn,After reaching the peak,the rate of decline is also slow.There’s one or curve from southern winter jujube of different leaf position,different weather,different terrain conditions and under different cultivation patterns,there is no "lunch break" phenomenon.The main affecting factors to the photosynthetic rate is light,temperature,humidity and transpiration rate.(3)The different fertilization treatments have a difference on Photosynthetic Properties and the fruit yield and quality of southern winter jujube.The selenium enriched biological fertilizer + potassium sulfate with three element compound fertilizer could improve the photosynthetic efficiency,and yield and fruit quality is best,the second is agent+potassium sulfate compound fertilizer application of three element compound fertilize,Then is the organic fertilizer+potassium sulfate compound fertilizer,the effect of mixed application of fertilizer and microbial inoculums than chicken manure application control.The application of bio fertilizer + potassium sulfate selenium compound fertilizer three element can significantly improve the yield and quality of fruit,the yield of 1086kg,fruit soluble solid content of 27.2%,total sugar up to 19.98%,the acid can be titration up to 0.24%,Vc up to 553mg/100g,the comprehensive characters is high.(4)The control Wang and tree girdling has significant regulation and fruit yield to fruit processing for Southern winter jujube.The jujube topping length 30cm number have the highest yield value and the average of jujube fruit,it reached 2.8 and 1102.4kg respectively.Spraying growth inhibitor can significantly inhibit the growth of jujube hanging and promote the effect of flowering.The PBOG effect is the best,the average length after the treatment is only 9.1cm,and the number of hanging flower is 54,which is 59%more than that of the control.In 45%jujube bloom girdling effect is the best,fruit soluble solids,total sugar,Vc content was the highest,reaching 23.9%,30.1%,350.1 mg/100g respectively;the girdling healing time after girdling is 32 d,the bough fruit setting rate was the highest,reached 2.66%,the highest yield reached 8.3 kg;the branch girdling Ⅱ+with vegetative branches,the fruit weight,yield and soluble sugar were the highest,reached 22.8 g,9.7 kg/,23.9%strains respectively;when the branch girdling width diameter of 1/6 have a positive effect on fruit yield and quality.Thus form the Three control three promotion n fruit control technology.
