This project made an analysis of the plastid pigment of tobacco lamina of four main production areas, including Malong,Yunnan province,Youxi,Fujian province,Argentina,Wuchuan,Guizhou province in the different oxygen concentration of controlled atmosphere storage environments, with the research methods and results as follows:1.By made a detection of three grades(Yunnan Malong C3F-2010T,Fujian Youxi C3F-2010T,Argentina B1O-2010)of tobacco lamina's plastid pigment content at before the controlled atmosphere storage,12 months,24 months and 36 months in three different oxygen concentrations(<2%?7%-9%?20%-22%),and in one natural aging condition;and detected three grades of tobacco lamina's(Guizhou Wuchuan C3F-2010T,Yunan Malong B2F-2010,Fujian Youxi B12F-2010T)plastid pigment content in one controlled atmosphere storage environment of oxygen concentration(7%-9%)and one of natural aging condition,so as to analyze the effect on the tobacco lamina's plastid pigment in the different controlled atmosphere aging storage of oxygen concentration, whose analysis result of test data shows:a.The plastid pigment of tested tobacco lamina samples trends down basically in the controlled atmosphere environment of different oxygen concentrations because of degradation. The lower the oxygen concentration, the slower the degradation rate of the plastid pigment,low-oxygen environment has an obviously inhibitory effect on the degradation of pigment during the course of tobacco lamina aging, whose expression is that the degradation rate of tobacco lamina plastid pigment in the storage environment of less than 2%oxygen concentration and 7%-9%oxygen concentration is obviously lower than the normal storage;after 36 months of aging, the carotenoid concentration in the controlled atmosphere storage with oxygen concentration 7%-9%decline ratio range is 3 1.87%-51.51%,while in the natural aging storage is 58.69%-75.71%,the longer aging time, the more apparent the degradation restrain of tobacco lamina pigment in the low-oxygen environment.b.The variance analysis result of controlled atmosphere aging stage shows, three indicators including xanthin content,beta-carotene content and carotenoid gross have a very apparent difference on time disposal of controlled atmosphere aging duration,so does the difference of oxygen concentration disposal.2.By made a detection of four grades(Yunnan Malong C3F-2010T,Fujian Youxi C3F-2010T,Yunnan B2F-2010,Yunnan Malong X2F-2010)of tobacco lamina's plastid pigment content which have aged 18 months at before the controlled atmosphere storage,8 months and 20months,which is in two different low-oxygen concentrations(<2%?9%-11%)and the natural aging condition,so as to analyze the effect on the tobacco lamina's plastid pigment in the storage environment of different oxygen concentration on the stage of controlled atmosphere quality-remain,the analysis result of test data shows:a.During the course of controlled atmosphere quality-remain,the plastid pigment of testing tobacco lamina samples generally trends down, but the different stages of samples have a different rates of descent, the xanthin and beta-carotene do not have a total same changing trend, the descent of pigment has a slower trend at the latter stage of quality-remain;the plastid pigment of sample which is disposed of controlled atmosphere quality-remain has a lower rate of descent than the normal storage, after 20 months of controlled atmosphere quality-remain aging, the carotenoid concentration in the controlled atmosphere storage with oxygen concentration 9%-11%decline ratio range is 26.33%-33.53%,while in the natural aging storage is 30.13%-63.26%,which proves that there is some inhibiting effect on degradation of tobacco lamina's pigment in the controlled atmosphere environment of low oxygen concentration.b.The result of variance analysis on the stage of controlled atmosphere quality-remain shows, three indicators of including xanthin content,beta-carotene content and total carotinoid content have a non-significant difference on the disposal of controlled atmosphere and quality-remain duration;so does the xanthin content on the disposal of different oxygen concentrations, while beta-carotene content and total carotenoid content have a significant difference on the disposal of oxygen concentration.
