| Cultivated land is the material basis for the survival and development of human society.Besides the production function,it also has landscape function,culture function and ecology function.At present,the problems of cultivated land degradation and ecological security are prominent all over the world.The ecological security crisis and the situation of protecting agricultural land resources are very serious.The actual supply of arable land function has been declining continuously,and there is a mismatch with the public's increasing functional demand,which restricts the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.It is urgent to strengthen the research of multi-functional supply and demand mismatch and synergy mechanism of arable land.At present,domestic and international mainly focus on the macro-scale statistical analysis of multi-functional supply or potential of cultivated land.The study of multi-functional demand for cultivated land has attracted wide attention from the macro-scale or micro-scale,but there are few reports on the dislocation of multi-functional supply and demand of arable land and the coordination mechanism.On the basis of reviewing the international literature on multi-functional classification of cultivated land,considering the cultivated land environment and its realistic background in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,this paper divides the multi-functional cultivated land into production function,ecological function and landscape cultural function.From the perspective of space and subject,this paper analyses and discusses the multi-functional supply-demand mismatch and synergy mechanism of cultivated land in the study area.Firstly,the theoretical analysis framework of multi-functional supply and demand mismatch and coordination of cultivated land is constructed.Then,the spatial mismatch of multi-functional supply and demand of cultivated land is identified from four spatial scales of Wuhan city circle,city,county and township,and a typical area,Caidian District of Wuhan City,is selected.Based on 468 questionnaires,the main mismatch of multi-functional supply and demand of cultivated land is further measured and analyzed from the three dimensions of cognition,willingness and behavior of the main body.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of macro-spatial scale study show that:(1)On the whole,the cultivated land production function supply in the study area is less than the demand,and the mismatch between supply and demand exists in different scales.At the municipal level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of production function are mainly distributed in two cities,such as Wuhan and Ezhou,while the remaining seven cities are surplus of supply and demand.At the district and county level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of production function are mainly distributed in four districts and counties,such as the main urban area of Wuhan,East-West Lake area,Huangshi municipal area and Hannan district.The remaining 32 districts and counties,such as Xishui county,Anlu city and Macheng city,are surplus of supply and demand.At the township level,the supply and demand deficit area of production function mainly distributes in 21 townships,such as Hongshan Township,Jianghan,Huashan Town,Xujiapeng Street,Jiufeng Street and Qingshan Mountain.The balance area of production function supply and demand mainly distributes in Puqi Street,Garden Street,Caidian Street,Nanhu Street and Honggang Township.The remaining 440 townships,such as Taohuchong Forest Farm,Muzi Town and Zougang Town,are surplus areas of supply and demand.(2)Overall,the supply of cultivated land ecological function in the study area is larger than the demand,and there is a scale difference in the mismatch between supply and demand.At the municipal level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of ecological functions are mainly distributed in Xiantao City,and the balance areas of supply and demand of ecological functions are mainly distributed in Tianmen City,Xianning City,Wuhan City,Huangshi City,Ezhou City and Huanggang City.The surplus areas of supply and demand of ecological functions are mainly distributed in Xiaogan City and Qianjiang City.At the district and county level,the ecological supply and demand deficit areas are mainly distributed in 10 districts and counties,such as the main urban area of Wuhan,East-West Lake area,Echeng District,Hannan District,etc.The ecological supply and demand balance areas are mainly distributed in 10 districts and counties,such as Wuxue City,Xishui County,Huangmei County,Yangxin County,Huangshi City,and 19 districts and counties such as Qianjiang City,Hanchuan City and Qichun County are surplus of supply and demand.At the township level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of ecological functions are mainly distributed in 36 townships such as Hongshan Township,Jianghan,Huashan Town,Xujiapeng Street,Jiufeng Street,Qingshan,Lushuihu Street and Chaokou Street.The balance areas of supply and demand of ecological functions are mainly distributed in 53 townships such as Caidian Township,Guihua Spring Town,Duoxiang Town,Jiuzihe Town,Taohua Chong,Muzi Township,Zougang Town,Tonghu Farm,Zhu,etc.The remaining 337 townships,such as Hu Farm,are surplus areas of supply and demand.(3)There are differences in the scale of the dislocation between supply and demand of cultivated land landscape cultural function in Wuhan urban circle.At the municipal level,the supply and demand deficit areas of landscape cultural functions are mainly located in Wuhan,and the remaining eight cities are surplus of supply and demand.At the district and county level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of landscape cultural functions are mainly distributed in the main urban area of Wuhan,the balance areas of ecological supply and demand are mainly distributed in the East West Lake area and Caidian area,and the remaining 36 districts and counties are surplus of supply and demand.At the township level,the deficit areas of supply and demand of landscape cultural functions are mainly distributed in seven townships,such as Hongshan Township,Jianghan Township,Jiufeng Street and Qingshan Township.The balance areas of supply and demand of landscape cultural functions are mainly distributed in Chaokou Street and Dongxihu Street.The remaining 457 townships,such as Taohuachong Forest Farm,Taojiahe Township and Gaofeng Township,are surplus of supply and demand.(2)The results of micro-subject scale research show that the public has a certain degree of dislocation in the supply and demand of cultivated land production function,ecological function and landscape cultural function from three dimensions of cognition,will and behavior,The concrete manifestations are as follows: The public's awareness of cultivated land multi-function is in the order of production function,ecological function and landscape cultural function from high to low.Citizens,as the main demander of cultivated land multi-function,have a higher awareness than farmers,who are the main suppliers.(2)Farmers are not only the main body of supply but also the main body of demand.As the same main body of multi-function supply and demand of cultivated land,farmers' demand willingness/behavior for production function,ecological function and landscape cultural function is greater than that of supply willingness/behavior;when farmers and citizens are the main body of demand and farmers are the main body of supply,the demand willingness/behavior of different subjects for the three functions of cultivated land is also greater than that of supply willingness/action.But the difference of supply and demand willingness/behavior of the same subject is smaller than that of different subjects.That is to say,the demand willingness/behavior of citizens is significantly greater than the supply willingness/behavior of farmers.(3)The mismatch maps of cultivated land production function,ecological function and landscape cultural function on three spatial scales of city,county and township were superimposed to divide cultivated land production function area,ecological function area and landscape cultural function area.The cultivated land production functional areas are mainly distributed in the Jianghan Plain and the surrounding low-lying plain areas,including Xiantao City,Tianmen City,Qianjiang City,Anlu City and Xiaogan City.The cultivated land ecological function areas mainly distribute in Xianning and Huanggang,while the cultivated land landscape cultural function areas distribute in Wuhan and Huangshi and the towns in the suburbs of the surrounding radiating cities,and the differential spatial coordination mechanism is put forward.In addition,the paper proposes to strengthen the public's understanding of the cultivated land multi-function,especially the farmers' understanding of the cultivated land ecological and landscape cultural functions.Increase technical support,expand and extend the multi-functional product service network of cultivated land,and improve the public's willingness to supply/demand into behavior;Establish producer-consumer joint organizations,encourage the development of new forms of agriculture,and promote exchanges and cooperation between the main suppliers and demanders of cultivated land functions. |
