| The stock and quality of cultivated land resources are vital to the food security of China.With the process of urbanization in China,the pressure of urban expansion,rural hollowing and other difficulties emerge,and the abandonment and extensive problems of cultivated land resources become prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the intensive and large-scale utilization level and development of cultivated land resources,so as to grasp the quality and quantitative dynamic characteristics of cultivated land resources in real time.As the main distribution province of China’s important agricultural product production protection areas and grain production functional areas,Hubei Province plays an important role in the overall pattern of cultivated land stock protection and cultivated land quality improvement in China,and is highly representative in the agricultural development pattern of central China.Therefore,Taking Hubei Province as the research area,this paper makes an in-depth study on the intensive and large-scale utilization mode of cultivated land resources and the correlation characteristics between them.Based on the statistical data and CLCD 30 m national land cover data set,combined with the intensive use theory and landscape pattern theory,this paper constructs the intensive and large-scale level evaluation index system,quantitatively reflects the level of cultivated land urbanization and its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics in Hubei Province at the county scale,and deeply analyzes the spatial aggregation characteristics and coupling relationship model between the levels of cultivated land urbanization and urbanization in Hubei Province through spatial autocorrelation model and coupling relationship model.The results are as follows:(1)The intensification level of cultivated land in Hubei Province presents a spatial distribution pattern from high in the middle to low in the East and West,it shows a development trend of continuous improvement over time.The comprehensive score of intensification level increased from 0.23 to 0.32 from 2000 to 2020.There are significant differences in the changes of intensification levels of cultivated land in some counties and cities.The counties and cities with improved intensification level are mainly distributed in the mountains of western Hubei and the hilly land of Northern Hubei.Most counties and cities in eastern and central Hubei showed a downward trend,that is,the overall level increased,the fluctuation of high-value areas decreased,and the low-value areas increased rapidly,which changed sharply from 2000 to 2015 and tended to be stable from 2015 to 2020.(2)The large-scale level of cultivated land in Hubei Province presents a spatial distribution pattern of high in the south,low in the north,high in the middle and low in the east and west,and shows an overall stable fluctuation and decline trend over time.The comprehensive score of the large-scale level decreased from 0.31 to 0.29 during 20002010 and increased from 0.29 to 0.30 during 2010-2020.Locally,there are significant differences in the changes of cultivated land intensification level in various regions.The counties and cities with improved large-scale level are mainly distributed in the mountainous areas of Western Hubei,Jingzhou,and Xiangyang;most counties and cities in northern,Eastern Hubei,and Northern Jianghan Plain have a downward trend.(3)There is a significant spatial autocorrelation between the intensive and large-scale levels of cultivated land in Hubei Province.Among them,H-H gathering area is concentrated in Jianghan Plain,L-L gathering area is mainly distributed in the mountainous area of Western Hubei in the first line of Shiyan City Xianfeng County;The coupling degree of cultivated land in the whole province shows a distribution pattern of high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas:the coupling degree of cultivated land in the surrounding counties and cities in the western and eastern provinces is low,both below 0.4,and the coupling degree of Jianghan Plain and its surrounding areas is high,both above 0.95;The level of the coupling coordination degree of the two modernizations in the whole province takes the Jianghan Plain in central Hubei as the high-quality coordination center,and decreases to the surrounding areas.Most of the Jianghan Plain is at the high-quality or benign coordination level,and most counties and cities in Western Hubei,northeast Hubei and Southeast Hubei are on the verge of imbalance or slight out of tune;The coupling coordination degree fluctuated and improved in time:the number of counties and cities with barely coordinated coupling coordination degree of cultivated land industrialization and industrialization in the province increased from 43 to 48 from 2000 to 2015,and tended to be stable from 2015 to 2020. |
