LED light source has the advantages of low power consumption,long life and high efficiency.It has been widely used not only in the field of modern lighting but also as a plant fill light source for modern agricultural engineering.At present,LED light sources have been applied to vegetable cultivation at home and abroad and have achieved remarkable results.Pepper is an important ingredient for residents of Sichuan and Chongqing and has a large demand.Due to the lack of solar energy resources in Sichuan and Chongqing,it is unable to meet the light source conditions required for pepper growth.In this paper,aiming at the requirements of light source environment for pepper growth,a high uniformity and high efficiency LED plant light source based on intelligent control system has researched and designed,in order to explore a feasible technical solution for plant fill light,especially pepper plant construction.The conventional 5050 package LED lamp bead were used to optimize the design of three sets of red,white,yellow and blue LED planar light sources with a ratio of 1:1 in the process of designing a planar LED light source and Experimental study of spatial spectrum of illumination environment for selected subjects.The LED planar light source packaged using the laminate package technology was subjected to weathering experiments and underwater experiments.Three different sets of LED planar light sources were used to mix and construct different spatial spectral distribution regions to study the effect of spatial spectral difference on pepper growth.The experimental results show that the 1.2:1 red-blue spectral combination region is more conducive to pepper growth.In order to improve the light intensity uniformity and light energy utilization of the light source space,a blue LED chip integrated COB light source was designed and developed.Plant fill light source design of different proportions of red and blue was realized by changing the phosphor thickness of the COB light source.An optical system consisting of a convex lens having a diameter of 44 mm and a light exit angle of 60° and a Fresnel lens having a diameter of 35 cm and a focal length of 22 cm was assembled.The experimental results show that the COB light source realizes a quasi-parallel light source through the optical system,and the spot shape is nearly circular with an average diameter of 21.2 cm.The light intensity unevenness is less than 10% in the 70 cm vertical space where the illumination is effective,and the light intensity after concentrating is increased by 10 times on average.The TPS92691 power management chip was used to design with a constant current LED power supply that can input digital and analog signals to regulate the output pulse and continuous current with an output current accuracy of ±2mA.An intelligent control system was developed to control the output current of the LED constant current source to adjust the illumination intensity and photoperiod.A remote intelligent measurement system for accurately measuring plant growth status was developed,which reduced the influence of human activities on plant growth and realized the real-time monitoring of pepper growth process.In the research of plant-based fill light source based on intelligent control system,the work of planar light source and spatial spectrum suitable for pepper growth,COB integrated light source and optical system,constant current drive and intelligent control technology were carried out.The pepper planting experiment was carried out with the developed LED light source system.The experimental results show that the COB integrated light source with intelligent control system has obvious effect on the growth of pepper.The research results not only have academic significance but also have certain application value.
