There is rich nutritional value and good taste in Broccoli. It is not only very popular in the domestic market, but also exported to the international market and won the love of people from all over the world. This has promoted the rapid development of the broccoli industry, added to the gross national product, and increased international influence and competitiveness. However, the main safety problem in broccoli is pesticide residues, which is a stumbling block to the development of broccoli industry. The availability of pesticide residues in broccoli is a key factor in determining the long-term development of this industry. Therefore, this study used broccoli in Bishan district of Chongqing as a research object to investigate the pesticide residues of broccoli in the region. The main findings are as follows:1.Investigate the cognitive level of pesticide residues in all aspects of broccoli productionRandomly selected 300 broccoli growers, consumers, and distributors to issue questionnaires, statistical survey results and analysis, found that due to age, gender, education and living environment, their cognitive level has a certain degree of difference. The results showed that the cognitive level of male growers was generally higher than that of females, but the cognitive level of female consumers and distributors was higher than that of males. In addition, pesticide residues remained in all aspects of broccoli production between the ages of 30-50.The most powerful and highly educated broccoli production has higher levels of cognition than low-education;broccoli consumers living in urban areas have higher levels of awareness of pesticide residues than consumers living in rural areas.2.Determination of pesticide residues in broccoli by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometryIn the study, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to analyze the residues of common pesticides such as organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroids in broccoli vegetable greenhouses and common plantings, including methomyl, carbendazim and pyrimethanil, carbaryl, aldicarb, carbofuran, acetamiprid, aldicarb sulfoxide,3-hydroxy carbofuran, aldicarb sulfone, imidacloprid, pendimethalin, thiamethoxam, phoxim, imiamide, cilyroline, azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, fluridazine, emamectin benzoate, avermectin, chlorbenzuron, diflubenzuron,There are 28 kinds of fipronil, fipronil sulfone, fipronil sulfoxide and fluorocarbonitrile. The results showed that 20 kinds of pesticides were detected in the vegetable greenhouses and common plantings in Laoshan District, but the residues were in line with national standards.18 kinds of pesticides detected between the two were the same. The former was detected.Diflubenzuron, fipronil sulfone, the latter detected pyrimethanil, carbofuran. In addition, significant differences in pesticide residues between vegetable base greenhouses and common planted broccoli were analyzed, and it was found that there was no significant difference in pesticide content between the two(P>0.05).
