The construction of safe drinking water projects in rural areas is an important part of the policy of coordinated urban and rural development and Rural Revitalization.Solving the problem of rural drinking water safety and strengthening the construction of rural drinking water safety project can not only control and eradicate the source of farmers'diseases,improve the living environment of rural residents,improve the quality of life,but also promote the development of agriculture,directly affect the development of rural economy and promote the agricultural department.Improvement of the system.In recent years,Tongyu County is in drought more times,the construction of rural drinking water safety project for the improvement of agricultural facilities play an important role and significance.To study the construction of rural drinking water safety project in Tongyu County can not only accumulate experience for the construction of drinking water safety project in this area,but also provide experience for the construction and management of drinking water safety project in the same natural environment,and actively promote the rural economy in this area.The improvement of benefits,therefore,through the development of rural drinking water safety construction and theoretical research has important practical value.Based on the actual situation in the region,the study is divided into centralized water supply and decentralized water supply,with centralized water supply as the main.The water supply for rural drinking water safety project construction is based on the?Design code for rural water supply engineering?(SL687-2014)and?Rural water supply design code?(CECS82-96).The daily water use standard for rural population is 0.05m~3/d.The daily water standard for large livestock is 0.06m~3/d.Pipeline leakage loss,public water consumption,and other water use standards are 23%of the sum of the daily water consumption of the rural population and the daily water consumption per large livestock.The water demand in the study area was predicted and the balance of total demand was analyzed.The total water supply of the new water source well project in the study area was 5,402.79m~3/d,and the distributed water supply was 104.8 m~3/d.The design period is 15 years.The water quality standard is determined according to the?Standards for Drinking Water Quality?(GB5749-2006).Centralized water supply:centralized water supply uses deep wells to extract pressurized water as drinking water,and delivers safe and sanitary water to users through water pipelines.Decentralized water supply:install a small water purifier for each household to solve the problem of drinking water safety.The typical well design of the water source well is 115m,118m,120m;the new water source well is 102 eyes;the specific model of the pump,frequency converter and other equipment is determined through hydraulic calculation.The research on construction mainly starts from the construction conditions,construction method,construction quality,overall layout of construction and construction schedule.The technical parameters of earthwork construction,pipe network construction,water source well construction,water supply equipment construction and other related technical parameters are summarized and summarized.Through the smooth development of the project,it is concluded that the construction related technical parameters are practically applicable to the project.It is instructive.A risk assessment of the project was carried out.Starting from the risk investigation,risk identification,risk prevention and mitigation measures of the project,the project construction conforms to the national and water conservancy development plan,and improves the living standards of the people.The environmental impact of the construction can be achieved through environmental protection.Means to improve,the final conclusion:the project is a low-risk project.Put forward the safeguard measures for drinking water safety projects,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for engineering construction and engineering operations.
