ZhangQiu Rural Safe Drinking Project Management Mode Research

Since 2005, in order to solve the problem of the drinking water's quality and quanlity and make sure the safety of drinking water, the government of ZhangQiu has developed the profect building of tap water in the villages. The official of ZhangQiu paid much attention to it and took a series of measures and spent a larger amount of money. It took us three years to make 20 twons use the tap water, covering up to 95% of the villages. This is the largest and most scientifil profect in the history of ZhangQiu, People benefit from it.Howerer after finished it, some of the equipment dosen't work because we lack the experience of management. How to make people use the safe and clean tap water is an important problem forlds. In order to make the project perfect, we carry out the research and study.Through the research, we know about the situalions of the project and found the main problems. In order to solve the problem, We summarized the experience of the project management in difference areas. In future,we will make the more scientific and reasonable plans to make the project run better and better.
