Effects Of Bacillus Subtilis On Production Performance,Slaughter Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices,Ammonia Concentration And Economic Efficiency Of AA~+ Broilers | | Posted on:2019-10-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y C Xu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2393330572950762 | Subject:Agriculture | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this experiment,choose the same batch of hatching,similar weight,healthy of1-day-old AA+broilers as research.The experiment set up 2 treatment groups,each of which has 3 repetitions with 160 pcs broilers.The control group was fed a basic diet and the experimental group added 500 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis preparation to the basal diet.Pre-feeding 7 days,and the feeding experiment lasted for 38 days.This experiment explored the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the performance,slaughter performance and serum biochemical indices of AA+broilers.On the basis of this test,carry out scale promotion experiments:the experiment selected 9000 AA+broiler,and the experiment set up 2 treatment groups,each group of 3 repetitions with 1500 pcs broilers.Two treatment groups selected two chicken houses with the same production and immunization,test design is the same as above.This experiment explored the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the performance,ammonia concentration and economic efficiency of AA+broilers.The experiment results were as follows:1.B.subtilis significantly improved the production performance of AA+broilers.Significant difference between the two treatment groups,the final weight of the treatment group increased by 6.59%(P<0.05),the average daily gain was significantly increased by 6.58%(P<0.05),and the average of daily consumption were lower with broilers(P<0.05).The feed conversion ratio decreased by 1.06%(P>0.05)and the rate of livestock on hand increased by 1.34%(P>0.05).2.B.subtilis improved the slaughter performance of AA+broilers.The slaughtering weight increased significantly by 6.83%(P<0.05),There is a little improvement in the rate of half-eviscerated,the rate of pectoral muscle,the rate of crureus respectively.3.Compared with the control group,Serum SUA and SUN levels in the experimental group were decreased by 7.94%(P<0.05)and 4.89%(P>0.05),and TP and Glb levels were increased by 20.14%(P<0.05)and 28.79%(P<0.05)respectively.The difference in group Alb levels is small.4.The concentration of NH3 and H2S in the experimental group was reduced by6.33%(P>0.05)and 10.0%(P<0.05)respectively.5.B.subtilis improved the economic efficiency of AA+broilers the treatment group revenue of 0.47 yuan per chicken and gross profit improved 16.50%compared with the control group.Conclusion:1.B.subtilis could obviously improved the production performance of AA+broilers,and the rate of the feed conversion ratio was decreased.B.subtilis could improved the slaughter performance of AA+broilers.2.B.subtilis could increase the TP,Glb of AA+broilers,and the SUA,SUN was reduced.B.subtilis reduced the ammonia concentration and the emission of hydrogen sulfide gas of the house,and improved the environment of the house.3.B.subtilis could obviously improved the economic efficiency of AA+Broilers. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Bacillus Subtilis, AA~+Broiler, Production Performance, Serum Siochemical Indices, Concentration of Ammonia, Concentration of Hydrogen sulfide, Economic Efficiency | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
