Farmland ecosystem is the basis of human survival.Soil fauna living in it have important research significance in improving soil environment,reducing pollution and increasing crop yields.The macro soil fauna is an important biological indicator in farmland ecosystems,This paper through the cultivation experiment and demonstration of macro soil fauna community structure and functional groups of macro soil fauna in Yaodu District of Linfen city town village protection,not only has important theoretical significance,but also can be widely used to the sustainable development for crop yield and prevention farmland underground pests provide a scientific theoretical basis for conservation tillage.Therefore,it has important practical value.The study on June 2017 in wheat conservation tillage fixed road test area,a total of 5,the conservation tillage area consists of 3,respectively,25y-NTCS,21y-NTCS and 25y-TC;total fixed road test area 2 treatments were:20y-NTCN and 20y-TC,near the wheat field as a control study?CK?,a total of 6 acquisition and processing of different treatments of soil and macro soil fauna,laboratory analysis of soil physical chemical properties.Using one-way ANOVA analysis of the macro soil fauna density and the number of groups,The diversity of soil fauna communities was analyzed by using soil animal community structure index.Using RDA redundancy analysis and Pearson regression analysis of the relationship between macro soil fauna and soil physical and chemical properties.?1?Through the study,were obtained from 6 habitats macro soil fauna 4832, belonging to 3 phylum,8 classes and 22 orders and 58 families,of which a total of 3232conservation tillage,conventional tillage were 1600,Arthropoda were the dominant groups,accounting for 90.91%of the total number of individuals.The second is the Mollusca and Annelida,each of which accounts for 4.54%of the total number of individuals.accounted for56.11%of the total number of individuals;rare groups a total of 41,but the number of individuals accounted for 19.80%of the total number of individuals.The soil fauna in this study area are 4 kinds of herbivorous soil fauna,predatory soil fauna,saprophagy soil fauna and omnivores,and omnivorous soil fauna are the main body.It accounted for 57%,25%,9%and 8%of the total number,which was the main body of omnivorous soil fauna.?2?From the horizontal distribution of soil fauna,compared to conventional tillage, conservation tillage under macro soil fauna either density or the number of groups are relatively high;from the vertical distribution of soil fauna,the vertical distribution of soil fauna conservation tillage has obvious surface accumulation,and conventional tillage appear reverse distribution.?3?From the diversity of soil fauna community,we can see that the conservation tillage Shannon-Weiner diversity index?H'?,Pielou evenness index?E?,Margalef richness index?D?were higher than conventional tillage,conventional tillage and Simpson dominance index?C?,was high,showed that conservation tillage soil fauna species richness,species distribution is uniform;and conventional tillage soil fauna species are few,but the individual density was higher,overall,conventional tillage significantly increased soil fauna species.?4?According to RDA redundancy analysis and Pearson regression analysis,the soil physical and chemical properties?except pH value?of conservation tillage were significantly higher than those of conventional tillage in 0-10cm and 10-20cm soil layers.Pearson correlation analysis showed that soil pH,soil moisture and NO3+-N was negatively correlated with the density of macro soil fauna and the number of groups,while other soil physical and chemical properties were positively correlated.It can be seen from this that the physical and chemical properties of the soil are closely related to the macro soil fauna.In general,the macro soil fauna conservation tillage area mainly in Formicidae, Tubificidae,Valloniidae and Porcellionidae were the dominant species and dominant species of macro soil fauna different no tillage years are different;while the macro soil fauna dominant conventional farming is mainly Formicidae;soil tillage conditions compared with the conventional tillage superiority,more suitable for macro soil fauna survival.conservation tillage individual density,group number and diversity index of macro soil fauna were significantly higher than those of conventional tillage.Compared with conventional tillage,The results showed that the soil condition and the species and quantity of macro soil fauna are obviously higher than that of the conventional tillage while the distribution of soil fauna was not only related to the physical and chemical properties of the soil,but also affected by natural and human factors.
