Seedling transplanting mechanism is the core part of vegetable pot seedlings transplanting,which directly affects the transplanting efficiency and planting effect of vegetable pot seedlings.By analyzing the seedling mechanism of the existing vegetable transplanter,it is found that the duck bill seedling mechanism of the hand-assisted vegetable transplanter developed and put into production by our research group is the most widely used.Through a large number of field transplanting experiments,it was found that this kind of seedling planting mechanism had the following two shortcomings: in the operation of viscous soil,the inner and outer walls of the duck bill seedling planter would be adhered with a large number of soil blocks,which caused the outlet of the seedling planter to be easily blocked,thus seriously affecting the planting effect;Because of its special movement track,the seedling planting mechanism can only meet the requirement of single plant spacing planting.In view of the above problems,this paper presents a new type of trench-type seedling planting mechanism which combines the trench-type seedling planting device with the pushing seedling planting mechanism.This mechanism can effectively solve the existing problems of the duck bill seedling planting mechanism and effectively improve the transplanting efficiency of vegetable pot seedlings.so the ditching In-depth research on the direction planting mechanism is great significance.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Through the review of relevant literatures,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the planting institution,the ditching method was clearly defined.And completed the Kinematic model of the new trench type planting mechanism,the new seedling mechanism is mainly composed of a trench opener,a five-bar pushing mechanism and a double-crank supporting mechanism;2)The computer aided analysis optimization software was developed by Matlab 2016 a software platform to observe the theoretical simulation posture and various motion characteristics of the seedling mechanism under various parameters.Combine optimization goals and variables,the optimal optimization results are obtained under the application of genetic algorithm toolbox.3)Completed the overall structural design of the new type of trenching planting mechanism and planting test benches,and verified the correctness of the seedling structure design by virtual prototype simulation.Finally,completed the trial production of the parts of the planting mechanism and the test bench,carried out the assembly and debugging;4)Taking pot seedling of broccoli as the experimental object,the seedling experiment was completed on the laboratory rotating soil trough test bench.In the semi-automatic planting test,the qualified rate of seedling planting at the planting frequency of 60-150 plants/min were higher than 92%,compared with the previous test results,the rationality of the optimization results and direction is verified;In the fully-automatic planting test,the qualified rate of seedling planting at the planting frequency of 60-120 plants/min were higher than 85%,achieved design requirements and verified the feasibility of the fully automatic transplanting operation scheme with the ditchtype planting mechanism and the selected seedling-planting mechanism.
