Mechanical transplanting of vegetable pot seedlings is an important way of mechanized vegetable planting.It can effectively shorten the production cycle of vegetables,improve the index of multiple cropping,yield and quality of vegetables,and reduce the production cost.In our country,the transplanting of pot seedlings is still mainly semi-automatic transplanting with the aid of artificial feeding.The work efficiency is low,the working intensity is high,and the cost of transplanting is high.The transplanting mechanism is the core part of the transplanting machine of pot seedlings.In the process of transplanting pot seedlings,it is necessary to take seedling,take seedlings,plant seedlings,reset and so on.Its working performance will directly affect the effect of transplanting,along with the rapid development of mechanical transplanting of vegetables in China.Automatic pot seedling transplanting mechanism has become a hot spot in mechanized transplanting of vegetable pot seedlings and a bottleneck restricting the development of automatic transplanting machine.According to the agronomic requirements of broccoli seedling transplanting,this paper proposes and studies a kind of pot seedling transplanting mechanism with combined transmission of non-circular gear planetary gear and connecting rod mechanism,and realizes the automatic transplanting operation of broccoli seedling with a set of institutions.The main research contents of this paper:1)According to the agronomic requirements of broccoli pot transplanting,from planting split type transplanting mechanism analysis of the existing gear type(pick-up mechanism and Uenae institutions)operation process problems,put forward a double planetary gear noncircular gear and linkage combination drive take one of the automatic seedling transplanting mechanism.The kinematics model of transplanting by matrix transformation method,and carried out research on the motion characteristics of transplanting mechanism.2)Objective to establish the optimization target of transplanting track of Vegetable pot seedlings,compile the visual parameter optimization interface with MATLAB software,transform the optimization of transplanting trajectory into optimization of all variable parameters,optimize the ideal transplanting trajectory by adjusting parameters,and determine the specific value of variable parameters at the same time.3)Three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis,with the help of UGNX three-dimensional modeling software to create each part and assemble the complete mechanism,then into the simulation module of UGNX software for virtual simulation analysis,and obtain the transplant simulation track.The correctness of the design of transplanting mechanism is verified by contrasting and analyzing the track of theoretical calculation.4)The experiment platform is set up,the components of the transplanting mechanism are processed,and the physical prototype is assembled to carry out the mechanism transplanting track test,the actual movement locus of the mechanism and the virtual simulation track are compared and analyzed,and the feasibility and the rationality of the structure are verified.
