To reutilize straws as resources for agriculture and forestry, projects of power generation with straw carbonization are prospering;however, biomass gasification liquid(BGL)has not been adopted widely which leads to bottlenecks of pollution. In this paper,we adopted BGL to developing biopesticide, using BGL as preemergence herbicide, highly concentrated BGL as stem and leaf treatment herbicide, and we also studied the impact of overdue usage of BGL on soil environment.Observations have been conducted on the root length, the stem length, the root amount and the percentage of sprout of wheat in three types of BGL(bamboo vinegar, wood vinegar, and straw vinegar)in 0.25%,1.25%,2.50%,5.00% concentration to study their impact on the growth of indoor pot plantation of wheat,as well as the enzymatic activity of three types of enzyme(soil urease, protease, sucrose)in the soil after the cultivation of wheat. The concentration of organic acid in the concentrated BGL is 10.8%.We measured the herbicidal activity on weed on the field(not plough),in addition to the impact on the enzyme activity of soil urease, protease sucrose after repeated application. The study found that 1)None of the three BGL in 0.25% concentration has significant impact on the growth of wheat, inhibiting effects appear as the concentration goes higher, hindering the sprout ratio, root length, stem length, root amount in various degree,to greater extend in higher concentration.2)With regards to soil enzymes, low concentration BGL promote the activity of the three enzymes in various degree while high concentration BGL does the opposite. The inhibiting rate is highest in the case of soil urease, then of protease, and least of sucrose. With identical concentration, the inhibiting rate is highest in the case of bamboo vinegar, then of wood vinegar, and least of straw vinegar.3)Field experiments reveals that the 7d control effect of weed is the highest in the case of bamboo vinegar, then of glufosinate-ammonium,then of wood vinegar, then of straw vinegar, and least of acetic acid;the 14 d control effect of weed(combined with fresh weight)is the highest in glufosinate-ammonium,the of bamboo vinegar, then of wood vinegar, then of straw vinegar, and least of acetic acid.4)in the soil under 21 d overdue application, once or twice spray has no negative impact but various degree of positive impact on the activity of soil enzymes, but three times of spray has various degree of inhibiting effect on soil urease;however,it has various degree of promoting effect on sucrose.Highly concentrated BGL has inhibiting effect on wheat sprouting,as well as in the seeding stage of wheat. It has various degree of positive effect on soil enzyme.Highly concentrated BGL has some level of herbicidal activity,in which bamboo vinegar can reach the same level of weeding effect of glufosinate-ammonium in short term.
