In order to study the biological characteristics of growth of Prunus domestica L.in Akesu area, the planting of Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' and ‘Stanley' and ‘French' as the main object of study material, the flower bud differentiation and flowering characteristics of pollination biology, fruit growth of new shoot growth and dynamic growth, the main results are as follows:(1)Most of the flower bud differentiation period has been in the beginning in June 26 th,Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley' flower bud in September 23 rd basically completed at the time of differentiation of pistil differentiation, about 90 d,Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' basically completed pistil differentiation in October 20 th,differentiation time is around 120 d,and Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French' in October 20 th only 60% of the flower bud differentiation of pistil complete.Three European plum varieties of flower bud morphological differentiation existing in different periods of overlapping phenomenon,no clear boundaries in each period were gradually differentiated, the morphological characters of varieties of flower bud differentiation period of roughly the same, but there were some differences in the differentiation process,Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley' pistil differentiation completed first, followed by the Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria',finally Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French'.(2)3 Prunus domestica L.varieties of plum flower bud germination period in March 30th-April sec.,flowering relative concentration, duration of 9-10 d.Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley' and "France" and Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' of single flower anther numbers were 31.8,29.9 and 24.9,Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' the pollen germination rate was slightly lower than the other two varieties,25.54%.3 European plum varieties in the day before flowering and the stigma of the day of flowering is relatively strong, suitable for pollination at this time. The size of the powder of 3 Prunus domestica L.flowers were large, the vitality was strong, and the proportion of complete flower was higher.Three varieties of flowering similar. The fruit setting rate of Prunus domestica L.was relatively low, showing self incompatibility.Cross pollination compatibility.Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French' and Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley' for pollination varieties Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria',Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria'for Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French' pollination varieties, pollination varieties of the Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' and Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French' for Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley';Prunus salicina L.cv."Meilili" is not suitable for pollination varieties of European plum.(3)In the Akesu area of the Prunus domestica L.fruit diameter and fruit weight of three growth in a‘double S' curve, there was a certain difference in the growth rate in different periods,in the first stage of fruit growth, fruit longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, lateral diameter, from second to the beginning of the third stage of fruit development stage after flowering to fruit maturity Sheng 62 D fruit, the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter, lateral diameter, transverse diameter and lateral diameter,in addition to the Prunus domestica L.cv ‘French' diameter, lateral diameter,Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Stanley' and Prunus domestica L.cv ‘Victoria' diameter < side diameter. The diameter and fruit weight growth of Prunus domestica L.fruit in Akesu area were both ‘double S'.During the whole fruit growth period, the growth rate of fruit weight was the largest. The length and the roughness of the shoots were consistent with the changes of leaf area and chlorophyll content. The development trends of new shoots and fruits in the early and late stages of vegetative competition appeared in the middle of the promotion.
